Note: The Camera itself is not waterproof. but it can be optional with removable waterproof cover to achieve waterproof.
Interface
Before use, please pay attention to the interface and button of camera.
Note: in order to facilitate the installation of the battery, the screw of battery cover has not been locked when it left the factory, Please lock the screw by yourself after installing the battery, and use two other screws as backup.
Operation
Download App
Tips two : Search ” iCSee” in the App store or Googleplay and download.
Power on
You can turn on the device in two ways:
- Install the memory card first, then install the battery and turn on the device.
- First install the memory card, then use the power cord to connect the device to the power adapter, and turn on the power supply and turn on the device.
Note: Memory card does not support hot plug – in, please plug – in memory card when the device is power – off.
Camera configuration
User login

Open the app “iCSee”, choose the “login”(picture) (if you don’ t have user name, please register first).

After Click “+”(picture).
Internet connection
- Press and hold the Reset button on the device for 6 seconds to reset the device to the factory default settings and press the Set button 1 time enters network configuration mode.
- Enter to “Set Up My Device In Wi-Fi”(picture), please input WiFi router password(picture), Then confirm.
Access device
After logging success, you can use the mobile phone access the device through the APP, The device has the following states:
Device low battery or network failure;
In this state, the device does not support the remote wake-up function (or the device is set up to prohibit remote wake-up). If the mobile phone wants to view the device, it can be forced to wake up by manually pressing the device button.
The device is in a low-power mode and can be wake-up remotely by mobile phone.
This state indicates that the device is waking up from the rest state to the online state. It will take about 3 seconds. If the network is not good, Awaking the time may be longer.
In this state, The mobile phone can make various accesses to the device;
Message push
When PIR sensor detect someone moving, the device will send a message to your phone, you can receive the message in the following two ways:
- Receive the message vis WeChat
Log in APP with WeChat
Search in WeChat and flow the “ICSEE” official Account.
Set up in the device use Wechat notification message.
- Receive the massage via the APP
Login in APP
Set up in the device use APP notification massage
Notes : If the Mobile phone is set up to power saving mode, such as screen off & network off , it will not receive the message in time, Since android phones do not agree on the default handling of message interceptions, it is recommended to use WeChat receive message except the iPhone and Huawei phones.

Q:How to store a video camera?
A: Currently,the camera supports FAT32G format Class6, Class10 TF Card,max supports 128G.When the TF Card is full, it will delete earlier video automatically and loop recording. -
Q:The camera be offline,how to do?
A: Check the power and WiFi. Restart power on and restart the camera. Reconfigure the camera. Check the home broadband network. -
Q:How to switch network environment?
A: When using in the new network environment,please long press the reset button(SET) for 6 seconds release the button. It means that restored to factory setting successfully.Then you can start to connect network configuration again.

- While using this product, please modify the user password, to avoid the delinquents misappropriation.

- Please allow within the scope of use and storage of temperature and humidity, do not disassemble it at will.

App and device firmware will have new update irregularly,you could upgrade it online at app setting,instructions are for reference only.
