Before use, please pay attention to the interface and button of the camera

Operation

1. Download APP
Tip one: Scan OR code.

2. Power on
If you need local storage, please install the memory card firstly, then power on the device (the memory card does not support hot-swapping, please plug and unplug the memory card when the device is powered off). Cloud storage is recommended, which is safe and convenient. Details See “Step 4′ for operation.
3. Camera configuration

  1. Connect your phone to WiFi.
  2. Open the issue app, register an account, and log in.
  3. Click the “+” button to add the device(Figure 1). choose “Add WiFi camera figure 2), according to the device voice prompt, according to the app interface guide to complete the network configuration(if the voice prompt doesn’t appear for a long time, you can press the reset button to restore the device factory settings, and then do the network configuration).
  4. After adding successfully you can open the live view, do the relevant operations and settings.

Note

  1. Add WIFI camera: It is suitable for adding equipment after initial use and restoring factory settings.
  2. Add 4G/5G camera: Suitable for adding 4G / 5G devices.
  3. Scan the QR code to add the camera: Scan the QR code of the device shared by others or add the device by entering the device serial number (the device can only be shared with others after it has been connected to the network and successfully added).
  4. Add camera(AP mode) : Allocate the network to the router and add the device through the AP mode of the device (press the device reset key three times to enter the direct connection mode, and the wireless hotspot password is 1234567890).
  5. AP mode connection: In the absence of an external network environment, the mobile phone can add devices by connecting to the AP hotspot provided by the device (press the device reset key three times to enter the direct connection mode, and the wireless hotspot password is 1234567890).
  6. Add the camera on the same router: When the device has been connected to the router but deleted from the app, it is necessary to add the device again or connect the device to the router through cable, which can be added in this way.

4. Open cloud storage
Click °cloud storage* icon under device list(Figure 3), follow guide on APP page, understand and finish steps of cloud storage. There are several options for you to choose.

FAQ

Q: How does the camera store recordings?
A: 1. Local TF card storage, maximum support 128G, automatically deletes earlier videos after the TF card is full, and loop recording. 2. cloud storage.
Q: How to deal with the issue when forgot the device access password?
A: Reconnect the device after restoring the device to factory settings and set a new password.
Note: The access password involves privacy and security, please treat it with caution.
Q: How to deal with the issue if the camera cannot be connected or abnormally offline during use?

  1. Check whether the camera power supply and router network are normal.
  2. Unplug and plug the power of the camera to restart the camera.
  3. Restore the camera to the factory settings, and then re-add the device according to the instructions.

Note: The camera currently only supports 2.4G band WiFi, cannot support 5G band WiFi and does not support WiFi with hidden SSID signals, WPA/WPA2 enterprise WiFi, and bridged networks.
