CLEANING
All kinds of detergents are usable. Don’t use hard granulated materials to clean outer surface Don’t use wire cleaners Dry it after rinsing Use vinegar, or lemon to clean heavy dirts. Valves must always be clean for your safety.
HOW TO USE AND COOK.
- Cooking time starts after the pressure in the cooker increases and reaches to an adequate level.
- When the pressure increases steam is discharged from the valve with a whistling sound.
- Now we have enough pressure for cooking.
- Then close the discharge valve, decrease your cooking temperature and look at your watch for cooking time.

IMPORTANT PRECAUTIONS
- Do not use the pressure cooker for a purpose other than the one for which is intended.
- Never use your pressure cooker without adding water
- Before each use, check that the valves are not obstructed.
- Do not tamper with any of the safety systems beyond the maintenance instructions specified in the instructions for use.
- Only use manufacturer’s spare parts in accordance with the relevant model. In particular, use a body and a lid from the same manufacturer indicated as being compatible.
- Make sure that the cooker is properly closed before applying heat.
- Move the pressure cooker under pressure with greatest care. Do not touch hot Surfaces.
- Never force open the pressure cooker. Do not open before making sure that its internal pressure has completely dropped.
