User Manual
GETTING STARTED
HDTV Connection:
a.Connecting HD cable to both the device and HDTV set
b.Connecting device to power

1.5.The device power will be off when disconnecting the device from the power adaptor
Open Applications
Use the remote control to move the arrow cursor to hover over the desired program and click OK to open the selected program
Switch in the Applications
Click on apps to view installed programs, and click the program icon to switch between applications
Close Applications
Click on the right key of the mouse to return to the previous step to dose the application(applies when using a mouse).
My Apps
Move to “My Apps, click OK to enter All Apps’ can be clearly distinguished from the icons.
WIFI Setting
Home Screen–Settings-·Network -·Select”Wi-Fi” to open WIF] setting
Choose the network-+Input the correct password-+Connect to the network
successfully
Ethernet Setting
Home Screen-+Settings -+Network-+Select “Ethernet” to open the Ethernet
setting.
Connect the network cable to the Ethernet port on the device-·Once the cable
is connected, the network will be connected automatically.
File Browser
Move to File Browser” click OK to enter into the deuce list
After inserting a USB device or TF card, a USB icon would appear on the main
screen to show the device is mounted
After mounting successfully one may copy. cut, paste or move the files and
folders between a local disk and external storage devices
Trouble Shooting
For warranty purposes, please do not temper with the device. Should there is a fault occurs, please first consult the checklist below before sending it for the repair you are unable to remedy a problem by following hints, consult your dealer for help

No picture| .Re-connect with HDTV cable . Check if the TV is switched on.
No sound or distorted sound| .Adjust the volume.
.Check that the speakers are connected correctly
No audio or digital output| .Check the digital connecting. .check if your
amplifier is set correctly.
The player does not respond to the Remote Control Player does not respond to
some operating commands during playback| .Aim the remote control directly at
the sensor in front of the TV Box . Reduce the distance to the TV BOX.
.Replace the batteries in the remote control.
.Operations may not be permitted. Refer to the user manual. .Possibility of system halted,re-insert with a power adaptor to restart.
No sound during movies playback| .The audio codec may not be supported by the
TV BOX. You can change to the supported audio on the playing menu.
.Check the volume.
7-Le contents of the USB flash drive cannot be read| .The USB flash drive
format is not compatible with the box.
If one of the USBs can not be read, please turn off the TV BOX for 30 seconds and restart the TV BOX.
Slow operation of the USB flash drive| .A big file size or high-resolution
USB flash drive takes a longer time to read and display on the TV screen.
connection No sound with HDTV| .Check the connection between the TV and the
HDTV jack of the box. .Check your TV system setup.
.Check the volume.
The TV screen is blank and the player LED is blinking| .Turn off your TV BOX,
waiting for 30 turns it on again.
If under HDTV status, check if the HDTV connection is correct or change to another HDTV cable.
