Operating system requirements

The keyboard does not work and troubleshooting:

  1. Check whether the receiver is properly connected to the computer and that the bottom switch of the keyboard is turned to the position of ON.
  2. Try connecting the receiver to another USB port on your computer.
  3. Try rebooting your computer.
  4. If it still does not work, try connecting the receiver of the keyboard to another computer.

Charging status indication: When the USB is connected to the charging interface, the charging indicator blue light is on, indicating that the charging is normal, and the light is off after the battery is fully charged.
