Quick Start Guide

Please follow the steps below to perform the initial setup of your Homam.

1. Plug either end of the USB cable into Homam and place it onto the Magic Base.
2. Plug the other end of the USB cable into the power adapter. Plug the power adapter into the power outlet.
3. Wait for Homam to boot.
4. Download and install the Homam app onto your mobile device from the App Store or Google Play. (You can also scan the QR code from the Welcome Card or the figure below.) Launch the app and follow the on-screen instructions.

Minimum Requirements

Mobile device running iOS 11+ or Android 5+ and supporting Bluetooth 4.2 or higher
2.4/5GHz Wi-Fi router and a stable broadband internet connection with an upload speed of at least 3Mbps
Power outlet

Troubleshooting

Homam shares its status via a built-in status LED. Possible states are listed below:

Blinking BLUE,

then blinking GREEN

A hard reset has been performed by the user*

RED| Critical error; please contact service support

• A hard reset roll Homam back to its default factory settings.

This action unpairs Homam clears internal storage and deletes all previously saved settings. To perform a hard reset, press and hold the reset button for about 10 seconds (you’ll see the LED blinking blue and hear the confirmation signal).

You can also do that once you’ve paired your mobile device with Homam, in the Legal section of the Homam app. Please follow the safety information when operating Homam. We cannot guarantee that no accidents or damage will occur due to the improper use of Homam. Please use this product with care and operate at your own risk. Also please follow the recommendations below:

• Keep the device away from water, fire, humidity, or hot environments.
• Do not attempt to disassemble, repair, or modify the device.
• Do not use the device where wireless devices are not allowed.
• When mounting Homam, before drilling into the wall, be sure that you know the location of the in-wall pipes and wiring.
• The power adapter should be installed near the equipment and easily accessible.
• Use only power adapters that are provided by the manufacturer and in the original packing of this product. Using a power adapter with a different voltage rating than the one included with your product will cause damage and void the warranty.
• Keep the device out of direct sunlight.
• Ensure at least 20 cm distance between Homam and people.
• Keep Homam and all its components out of the reach of children and pets.

Utilization Guide

This symbol means that according to local laws and regulations this product should not be disposed of in household waste but sent for recycling. Please take it to a collection point designated by your local authorities once it has reached the end of its life – some will accept products for free. By recycling the product and its packaging in this manner you help to conserve the environment and protect human health.

Zorachka One-Year Limited Warranty Summary

Zorachka warrants the product contained in this packaging (including accessories) against defects in material and workmanship when the product is used normally for its intended purposes. The length of the limited warranty is one year from the date of purchase. Zorachka does not warrant against normal wear and tear, damage caused by accident or abuse, or if it has been used or maintained in a manner not conforming to the Homam User Guide. If you submit a valid claim under this warranty, Zorachka will repair the product. In the event that the repair is not possible or otherwise, Zorachka will either replace your product with a new similar product or refund the full purchase price of your product.
