Quick Start Guide
The Bulldog-JW Starter Kit is a Leak Detection & Prevention Solution that “Just Works”.
- Install the Bulldog motor assembly over your water shutoff ball valve (See Mounting/Valve Install Guide)
- Connect the Motor Assembly to the Control Module
- Plug in the AC Adapter and connect it to the Control Module
- Position the Sensors in to Leak sensitive locations.
- Done!

Leak Alarm Reset:
- Click On/Off Reset Button (Speaker)
- Click On/Off Valve Open/Close Button (once or twice)

Adding ELS100 Leak Sensors
- Green ¾ Circle is the Leak Sensor Pairing Button (dotted, ¾ circle with arrow)
- Adding/Pairing Leak Sensors: Click Green Button On/Off, then activate leak sensor for 2 Beep Cycles
- Click Alarm Reset, repeat above for additional Leak Sensors

Exclude All Leak Sensors:
- All paired Leak Sensors can be removed (Excluded) by holding green button for approx. 5 seconds until red blink acknowledgment

WIFI Pairing to eWeLink App:

Install, setup account and login to eWeLink App

The Valve Icon is the WIFI Pairing Button

Blue LED is WIFI Status, Slow Single Blink, pause, not paired, not broadcasting

Blink, blink, blink, pause, repeat, ready to be paired (Quick Pairing mode)

2.4GHz Network required & Smart Phone should be connected to this 2.4GHz Network

If not in pairing mode, hold Valve Icon button for approx.. 4 seconds to set to pairing mode

On smart phone, in eWeLink App, use “+” and following instructions for “Quick Pairing”

App. should acknowledge successful pairing in 20-90 seconds

Rename the Bulldog valve appropriately, “Water Main”, other?

In the device settings menu (select device, 3 dot settings menu), update
“Power-on State” to “Last state” -
In device settings, turn on “Push Notifications” to receive notice of valve open or closed. (On/Off)

In device settings, update “Current Version”, if required
