OurGlowingHearts and a note from our founder…
Thank you for purchasing this glowing heart. We started building glowing
hearts in the summer of 2020 during the pandemic with the hope that people
like you would want to place one in your window. The heart symbol is an
international symbol of love and joy and making a glowing neon LED in this
shape it would be the perfect way to communicate the message that we wanted
the world to know. Our message is a simple one; we are thinking of you and
wish all people nothing but love and joy and that brighter days are ahead. A
glowing symbol of thank you to our healthcare heroes, frontline workers,
family, neighbors, strangers, those out of work, and anyone who sees the
glowing heart in your window. New for June 2022 is the Our Glowing Hearts
Signature Rainbow Heart. This colorful heart is dedicated to the 2SLGBTQI+
community.
Our Glowing Hearts is a proud queer-owned business. We believe that visibility

Your Neon Heart can remain on continuously without risk of overheating or
color degradation.| Regularly check the cord, the power supply and all other
parts for damage. If any part is damaged the product should
not be used. Important information! Keep these instructions for future use.
Warning: the light source of the product is made up of LEDs that are not
replaceable. Never disassemble the product as the LEDs can cause eye
injuries.| To reduce the risk of fire, electric shock, or injury to persons:
Use only insulated
staples or plastic ties to secure cords.

Installation Instructions
Decide from the options below on the orientation of your baseplate. Please use
a screwdriver and the supplied screw to attach the heart to the baseplate.
Please do not to over-tighten the screw as it may loosen the threaded insert
in the wood.
Option 1: base standing as an inverted “U” with the heart on top of the
small area. This option will raise the heart by almost 1.5”. Option 2:
base standing as a “C” with the heart on top of the larger area. This option
will raise the heart by about 1”.

Maintenance
Disconnect the power cord from the wall. Remove accumulated dust on external surfaces using a dry cloth. Do not use water or any chemicals. The wood is untreated and may become discolored if handled with unclean hands or materials.
Troubleshooting
- Ensure that the AC outlet is operational and the power adaptor blades are fully inserted into the wall outlet.
- For indoor use only.
- Ensure that the power adapter output connector is fully inserted into the dimmer input connector.
- If you are using the optional DC power extension cord, repeat the above procedures for the cord.
