WHAT IS IN BOX
Installation
- This appliance must be installed correctly by a qualified person, strictly following the manufacturer’s instructions.
- Danger of electric shock! The power supply must be cut off before the appliance is installed completely.
- Only a qualified person in compliance with the instructions provided can install the appliance. The manufacturer declines all responsibility for improper installation, which may harm persons and animals and cause damage.
- Check the package and make sure you have all of the parts listed.
- Decide on the appropriate location for your product.
- This product contains glass please take care when fitting or handling to prevent personal injury or damage to the product.
- The specifications plate is available on this appliance. This plate displays all the necessary identification information for ordering replacement parts.
- If you sell the appliance, give it away, or leave it behind when you move house, make sure you also pass on this manual so that the new owner can become familiar with the appliance and its safety warnings.
Installation of Built-in Ovens
- For correct installation, this product can be fitted under the work surface in a built under housing unit or in a tall oven housing unit.
- Caution! The panels of the adjacent cabinets must be made of heat-resistant material. In particular the adhesive that bonds the plastic laminate to the furniture must be able to withstand temperatures of not less than 120 °C to avoid delamination. The appliance must be housed in heat-resistant cabinets
- The diagram above shows the air circulation requirements including a slot that should be cut into the plinth if fitted.
- It is essential when installing your oven there is adequate air circulation around the appliance to ensure the correct operation of the appliance. Inadequate air circulation will greatly impair the performance of the appliance and can affect adjacent cabinets due to the rise in temperature. The panels of the kitchen unit that are next to the oven must be made of a heat resistant material.
- Ensure that the glues of units that are made of veneered wood can withstand temperatures of at least 120 ºC. Remove the back of the kitchen unit to ensure an adequate current of air circulates around the oven.
- Important: Do not lift the oven by the door handle to avoid potential damage to the glass and hinges.
- Caution! If the supply cord is damaged, it must be replaced by the manufacturer, its service agent or similarly qualified persons in order to avoid a hazard.
- Once the oven has been lifted into place inside the housing unit, use the 2 holes located within the sides of the metal casing of the oven to secure it. Secure with the 2 screws [F]. Important: Finger tight only, do not use tools to avoid damage to the screws!
Adjusting the shelf position
Caution! To minimize the risk of burns when handling hot pans, grills or oven
dishes, always ensure you place the shelves and grill pan correctly between
the side rails
Installation
All installation must be carried out by a competent person or qualified electrician. Before connecting the mains supply ensure that the mains voltage corresponds to the voltage on the rating plate.
Direct Connection
- The appliance must be connected directly to the mains using an omnipolar circuit breaker with a minimum opening of 3mm between the contacts.
- The installer must ensure that the correct electrical connection has been made and that it complies with the wiring diagram.
- The cable must not be bent or compressed.
- Regularly check the power cord for damage. If the supply cord becomes damaged, it must be replaced by the manufacturer, its service agent or similarly qualified persons in order to avoid a hazard.
WARNING:
- This is a Class I appliance and MUST be earthed.
- The appliance is supplied with a 3-core mains cable and must be connected to the electricity supply via a double pole switch having a 3mm minimum contact gap on each connector.
- The fuse must be rated at 16 Amps.
- The wires in the mains lead are coloured in accordance with the following code:
- Brown = L – Live
- Blue = N – Neutral
- Green and Yellow = Earth
To avoid the risks that are always present when you use an electrical appliance it is important that this appliance is installed correctly and that you read the safety instructions carefully to avoid misuse and hazards. Please keep this instruction booklet for future reference and pass it on to any future owners. After unpacking the appliance please check that it is not damaged. If in doubt, do not use the appliance but contact Customer Services – see end of Care & Maintenance section for details.

Functions and settings
This oven provides a wide range of settings and functions to choose from, as described below. When you switch on the oven for the first time there is an audible beep and 0.00 is displayed. See below to set the clock for the first time.
Setting the clock
- Press “ ” to enter clock setting mode. The hour digits start to flash on the display.
- Rotate the F2 control to select the hour digits (0-23).
- Press “ ” to confirm. The minute digits start to flash.
- Rotate the F2 control to select the minute digits (0-59).
- Press “ ” to confirm.
- The clock is now set.
Note!
- To use the timer function, please set the clock first.
- If the power is disconnected from the appliance, the clock will need to be reset.
- Use the F1 control to select one of the available operating modes. The corresponding icon illuminates.
Practical cooking advice
- The oven offers a wide range of alternatives which allow you to cook any type of food in the best possible way. With time you will learn to make the best use of this versatile cooking appliance and the following directions are only a guideline which may be varied according to your own personal experience.
- Read the information of the food packaging for the cooking temperatures and times. Once familiar with the performance of the appliance, the temperatures and times may be varied to adapt them to your personal tastes.
- Check that frozen food is completely thawed before cooking, unless indicated otherwise
How to cook
- Rotate the F1 control clockwise or anti-clockwise to select the desired cooking function. The corresponding icon illuminates.
- Rotate the F2 control to adjust temperature. Then press “ ” to start.
- The default cooking time is nine hours and the default temperature appears in the display.
- Rotate the F1 control to adjust the cooking time from 0.01 – 9.00. Press “ ” to confirm. If “ ” not pressed within three seconds, the oven will continue cooking with the default cooking time. The temperature flashes on the display until the temperature has been reached and then remains lit.
- Rotate the F2 control to adjust the cooking temperature once cooking begins. Press “ ” to confirm and there is an audible beep. If “ ” is not pressed within three seconds, the oven will continue cooking with the previous cooking temperature. A countdown bar of 10 remaining steps is shown in the display.
- After cooking is completed the oven will beep for 5 seconds and then enter standby
Setting an alarm
- You can set a timer from 1 minute up to 9 hours 59 minutes.
- Note: this function can only be used when the oven is in standby.
- Press “ ” to enter alarm mode. A clock icon is displayed and the hour digits flash on the display.
- Rotate the F2 control to select the hour digits (0-9).
- Press “ ” to confirm. The minute digits start to flash.
- Rotate the F2 control to select the minute digits (0-59).
- Press “ ” to confirm. The alarm reminder is set and starts countdown.
- When the set time is expired, the oven beeps for 10 seconds. Press any button to stop the alarm.
- Note: Press the pause button “ ” once to cancel the reminder during setting, and twice to cancel once it has been set.
Programming an automatic start time
This function is used to set the automatic start time of the oven. Before using this function, ensure that:
- The food is placed in the oven.
- The clock is set.
Note: This function can only be used when the oven is in standby.
- Press “ ” to enter delay start mode. The hour digits start to flash.
- Rotate the F2 control to select the hour digits (0-23).
- Press “ ” to confirm. The minute digits start to flash.
- Rotate the F2 control to select the minute digits (0-59).
- Rotate the F1 control to select the cooking function, an egg timer is shown on the display and the default temperature is selected.
- Press “ ” to activate cooking time/temperature setting. The default 9 hours is shown.
- Rotate the F1 control to adjust the cooking time, then F2 control to adjust the cooking temperature.
- Press “ ” to confirm the settings. The current time and the egg timer icon “ ” is lit on the display.
- Press “ ” to check the reservation time if needed.
- When the automatic start time has expired, the oven beeps once and starts to cook automatically. The egg timer icon “ ” goes off.
Note!
- This function cannot be used for defrosting.
- The alarm function cannot be used.
- Press pause “ ” once to check the status, twice to cancel or press play “ ” to continue.
Checking the remaining time
Energy saving function
- In standby and delay mode, press and hold “ ” for 3 seconds and the display goes off.
- Or, if no function is selected within ten minutes the oven enters energy saving mode automatically.
- To exit energy saving mode.
- Use F2, pause or play to show the clock.
- Use F1 to select the cooking function.
Child lock function
- Enabling the child lock: In standby mode, press and hold “ ” and “ ” for three seconds. The appliance gives out an audible beep, indicating the child lock function is set. The child lock icon “ ” is shown on the display.
- Disabling the child lock: In locked state, press and hold “ ” and “ ”for three seconds. The appliance gives out an audible beep, indicating the child lock function is disabled. The child lock icon “ ” disappears from the display
Cleaning
- Please clean the oven regularly to ensure safe use and reliability.
- Before any maintenance and cleaning, disconnect the power.
- Set all controls in the OFF position.
- It is recommended to clean the oven when it is still slightly warm; do not clean when hot.
- Clean the surface of the unit with a damp cloth, soft brush or fine sponge and then wipe dry.
- In case of heavy soiling, use hot water with an abrasive cleaning product.
- Do not clean the oven door glass with abrasive cleaners or sharp metal scrapers, these can scratch the surface or lead to the glass being damaged.
- Never leave acidic substances (lemon juice, vinegar) on stainless steel parts.
- Do not use a high pressure cleaner for cleaning the unit. The baking pans may be washed in mild detergent.
Removing the side rails
- Remove all pans and grills from inside the oven to easily access the side rails.
- Loosen the screws fixing the side rails.
- After thorough cleaning, dry the oven and the side rails well.
- Attach the side rails to the oven walls and fix with the screws.
Cleaning the oven cavity
- Open the door.
- Clean all oven accessories with warm water or washing up liquid and polish dry with a soft clean cloth.
- Clean the oven interior with a soft clean cloth.
- Wipe the front of the appliance with a damp cloth.
- Let the oven and all accessories dry well.
Warning!
- The catalytic side panels cannot be removed.
- Clean the oven thoroughly before using it for the first time.
- Do not use sharp or abrasive cleaning materials. These could damage the oven surface
Cleaning the oven door
Disassemble the oven doors and glasses for cleaning.

* Fully open the door.
- Pull both hinge locks fully forward.
- Close the door to a 30° opening and lift up and away from the oven.
- To remove the inner glass, place the door face down on a table. Use a soft cloth to avoid scratching the outer glass.
- Lift out the inner pane of glass.
- Lift out the middle pane of glass.

After cleaning, reassemble the door in reverse order and re-attach to the oven.
Lamp replacement
Warning!
Ensure the glass is completely cool before removal. Always disconnect the appliance from the electricity supply before performing maintenance work. During use the appliance becomes hot. Care should be taken to avoid touching heating elements inside the oven. Wait until all parts have cooled down. Important! The bulb in the oven lamp is a special bulb and has high temperature resistance. Replace only with a bulb of the same type.
For replacement, proceed as follows:
- Disconnect power from the mains outlet or switch off the circuit breaker of the unit’s mains outlet.
- Unscrew the glass lamp cover by turning it counter-clockwise (note, it may be stiff) and replacethe bulb with a new one of the same type. Handle the new bulb with a cloth to avoid risk of premature failure.
- Screw the glass lamp cover back in place.
NOTE: Only use 25-40W/220V-240V, T300°C G9 halogen lamps
Shelf replacement warning
To ensure the oven shelves operate safely, correct placement of the shelves
between the side rail is imperative. Shelves and the pan only can be used
between the first and fifth layers.
Ventilation openings
When cooking is finished, the cooling fan will operate for a short while until
the oven has cooled below 75ºC.
