REFERENCE: READ CAREFULLY

Do not use the appliance for other than its intended use. For domestic indoor use only.
Place the appliance on a flat, stable, heat-resistant surface. Operating the product in any other position could cause a hazard.
Never insert anything into the grille when the fan is switched on. Adults should pay special attention when using this fan close to children.
Never use this fan in hot or humid locations like a bathroom.
Never leave this fan close to curtains, drapes, plants, etc.
Always unplug or disconnect the appliance from the mains power supply when not in use or when moving or cleaning it. Do not pull the cord to unplug the appliance.
If the supply cord is damaged, it must be replaced by the manufacturer, its service agent or similarly qualified persons in order to avoid a hazard.
This appliance can be used by children aged from 8 years and above and persons with reduced physical, sensory or mental capabilities or lack of experience and knowledge if they have been given supervision or instruction concerning use of the appliance in a safe way and understand the hazards involved. Children shall not play with the appliance. Cleaning and user maintenance shall not be made by children without supervision.

Warning ! Never use without the guards in place. After assembly, do not remove the guards during use or cleaning.

Getting started

The controls

This fan can be operated by the manual controls located at the bottom of the column or by the remote control.

Plug the power supply cord into a 220-240V~ 50 Hz outlet.
To turn on the fan, press the ON/SPEED button.
By pressing this button repeatedly the fan will switch between 1 (LOW), 2 (MED) or 3 (HI) speed settings. LED indicators on the control panel will indicate the speed currently selected.
To make the fan oscillate, press the SW button, press again to stop the oscillating function.
Your wall fan comes with a built-in 8 hours timer. Press the TIMER button to turn the TIMER on.
By pressing the TIMER button repeatedly you can choose the time after which the fan will switch off automatically between 1, 2, 4, to 8 hours. Press the TIMER button again to turn the timer function off. LED indicators on the control panel will indicate the time currently selected.
Press the MODE button to select one of the three airflow modes; Natural, Sleep and Normal modes. Press the MODE button one time, the mode LED light will be on in red color, Pressing again, the LED light will be changed to green color. Press again, the LED indicator will be off, and the function descriptions will be as following:
A. Red colour LED indicates the Natural wind mode: The fan operates according to computerized intervals of changing speeds.
B. Green colour LED indicates the SLEEP wind mode: The fan wind speed steps down automatically by one level in every 30 minutes and goes down to low wind level.
C. The LED colour is off in NORMAL wind mode: The fan operates in selected fan speed: High, Medium or Low.
Press the OFF button to turn off the fan.
The remote control requires one 3V battery type CR2032 (included)
Remote control operations are identical to the functions on the fan control panel.

Remote Control
The remote control requires one 3V battery type CR2032 (included).
Open the battery compartment by sliding the cover down and insert the batteries noting the polarity indicated in the battery compartment.

Storage

The product can be stored in the off-season, we recommend using the original (or appropriately sized) box. It is important to keep it in a safe, dry location.

Maintenance and cleaning

Switch off and unplug from the power supply before cleaning.
Using a soft, moist cloth, with or without a mild soap solution, carefully clean the exterior surface of the product.
CAUTION: Allow the product to completely cool before handling or cleaning it.
Do not allow water or other liquids to run into the interior of the product, as this could create a fire and/or electrical hazard.
We also recommend the periodic cleaning of this appliance by lightly running a vacuum cleaner nozzle over the guards to remove any dust or dirt that may have accumulated inside or on the unit.
CAUTION: Do not use harsh detergents, chemical cleaners or solvents as they may damage the surface finish of the plastic components.

This appliance is supplied with a BS1363 3 pin plug fitted www.castorama.ru with a 3 Amp fuse. Should the fuse require replacement, it must be replaced with a fuse rated at 3 Amp and approved to BS1362. In the event the mains plug has to be removed/replaced for any reason, please note:
IMPORTANT: The wires in the mains lead are coloured in accordance with the following code:
Blue – Neutral
Brown – Live
Green/Yellow – Earth

As the colours of the wires in the mains lead of this appliance may not correspond with the coloured markings identifying the terminals in your plug, proceed as follows.
The blue wire must be connected to the terminal marked with an N or coloured black. The brown wire must be connected to the terminal marked with an L or coloured red. The green/yellow wire must be connected to the earth terminal which is marked with an E or with the earth symbol. WARNING: Never connect live or neutral wires to the earth terminal of the plug.
NOTE: If a moulded plug is fitted and has to be removed take great care in disposing of the plug and severed cable, it must be destroyed to prevent engaging into a socket.
