Pairing Instructions

1. Switch the keypad power button to the right side. The status indicator will light up in green for 2-3 seconds.
2. Press for 3 seconds, the status indicator will start to blink in green. The keypad is now ready to connect to your device.
3. Activate the Bluetooth function on your device. Select Settings > Bluetooth > On.
4. Locate and select “Keyboard” in your Bluetooth menu. The status indicator will stop blinking to indicate a successful connection.

Sleep Mode
The keypad will enter sleep mode after remaining idle for 30 minutes. To activate it, press any key and wait for 3 seconds.

Charging Your Keypad

When the battery is low, the battery indicator will turn red. If there is no light displayed at all, the battery is completely drained. For both situations, it is time to charge the keypad.

1. Plug the included charging cable into the keypad charging port, and the USB end into either a USB AC adapter or USB port on your computer.
2. When charging, the status indicator will turn red. Generally, it takes around 1 hour for a full charge. (Output: DC 5V/500mA)

Note:

1. The Num Lock function is applicable for both the Windows system and Android systems. (Inapplicable for iOS and Mac systems).
2. When the keypad is paired with Windows devices, the Num Lock indicator will light up in red when pressed. When paired with Android devices, the Num Lock indicator will not light up when pressed, but it still functions.

Troubleshooting

If your device doesn’t respond to the keypad, try the following steps:

1. Restart your device.
2. Turn your keypad off and back on.
3. Delete the Bluetooth keypad from the search list, then follow the instruction and try to connect again.
4. If your keypad does not establish or maintain a Bluetooth connection, reset the Bluetooth module by charging the keypad.
5. If your keypad does not operate correctly after charging, please contact the authorized retailer.

• Dispose of battery according to local laws.
• Do not place heavy objects on the keypad.
• Keep the product away from oils, chemicals, and organic liquids.
• Use only a damp, soft cloth, like microfiber, to wipe the keypad.

Warranty

This Bluetooth keypad is covered with Fintie parts and a labor warranty for 90 days from the date of the original purchase. If the device fails due to a manufacturing defect, please contact the seller immediately to launch a warranty claim.

The following are excluded from Fintie’s warranty coverage:

• Device purchased as 2nd hand or used.
• Damage resulted from natural disasters.
• Damage due to improper use or normal wear and tear.
• Device purchased from unauthorized retailer or distributor.
• Damage resulted from chemicals, fire, radioactive substances, poison, and liquid.
