SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS
This appliance may be used by children from the age of 8 and up, and also by persons with a physical or sensorly limitation, as well as mentally limited persons or persons with a lack of experience and knowledge. But only on the condition that these persons have received the necessary instructions on how to use this appliance in a safe way and know the dangers that can occur by using this appliance.
Children cannot be allowed to play with the appliance. Maintenance and cleaning of the appliance may not be done by children, unless they are older than 8 years old and are under supervision. Keep the appliance out of reach of children younger than 8 years old.
This appliance is suitable to be used in a household environment and in similar surroundings such as:
- Kitchen for personnel of shops, offices or other similar professional surroundings
- Farms
- Hotel or motel rooms and other surroundings with a residential character
- Guest rooms or similar
Attention: This appliance cannot be used with an external timer or a separate remote control.
The appliance can become hot during use. Keep the power cord away from hot parts and don’t cover the appliance.
- Read all instructions before use.
- Before use, check if the voltage stated on the appliance corresponds with the voltage of the power net at your home.
- Do not let the cord hang on a hot surface or on the edge of a table or counter top.
- Never use the appliance when the cord or plug is damaged, after malfunction or when the appliance itself is damaged. In that case, take the appliance to the nearest qualified service center for check-up and repair.
- Close supervision is necessary when the appliance is used near or by children.
- The use of accessories that are not recommended or sold by the manufacturer can cause fire, electrical shock or injuries.
- Unplug the appliance when it is not in use, before assembling or disassembling any parts and before cleaning the appliance. Put all buttons and knobs into the ‘off’ position and unplug the appliance by grasping the plug. Never unplug by pulling the cord.
- Do not leave a working appliance unattended.
- Never place this appliance near a gas stove or electrical stove or in a place where it may come into contact with a warm appliance.
- Do not use the appliance outdoors.
- Only use the appliance for its intended use.
- Always use the appliance on a steady, dry and level surface.
- This product is only suitable for well insulated spaces or occasional use.
- Only use the appliance for domestic use. The manufacturer can not be held responsible for accidents that result from improper use of the appliance or not following the instructions described in this manual.
- All repairs should be carried out by the manufacturer or its aftersales service.
- Never immerse the appliance, the cord or the plug in water or any other liquid.
- Make sure that children do not touch the cord or appliance.
- Keep the cord away from sharp edges and hot parts or other heat sources.
- Before use, remove all packaging materials and any promotional stickers.
- Caution: Keep the appliance at a minimum distance of 0,60m (volume 3) from bathtub or shower, as indicated in the drawing. A person who is in the bathtub or shower should not be able to touch the appliance, the power cord or the control knobs.

HOW TO MOUNT THE APPLIANCE ONTO THE WALL

Deconstruct the wall mount, so that the base, wall mount and screw knob are seperated. (see below)

Make sure that there is an empty space of at least 20 cm between the ceiling and the appliance and an empty space of at least 20 cm between the appliance and any side walls, to ensure a decent air flow. Also take the above mentioned instructions into account what the placement in bathrooms is concerned.

Attach the base of the wall mount to the wall with the supplied plugs and screws. Attach the wall mount to the base, by inserting the screw knob in the center of the appliance and base. Turn to thoroughly fasten. Click the appliance onto the wall mount, as shown in this picture:
- To remove the appliance from the wall mount, press the small lever at the bottom of the wall mount. You can now remove the appliance from the wall mount. Now you can also remove the wall mount if you should want to.
HOW TO USE THE APPLIANCE
- Connect the plug to the power outlet.
- Switch on the appliance by using the on/off switch at the left side of the appliance. You will hear 2 beep sounds.
- Turn on the appliance by pressing the standby button. Press the standby button again to put the appliance in standby. Careful: after you have pressed the button, the appliance will heat for another 10 seconds before going into standby mode.
- You can choose between 2 power settings: Low (1300 W) and High (2000 W). Select the desired power by pressing the power selection button. The selected power will be displayed left from the button.
- Press the temperature button to start setting the temperature. You can now press the + and – buttons to set the desired temperature with the precision of 1°C. You can set the temperature from 5°C upto 35°C. Once you have selected the desired temperature, press the temperature button again to confirm. The appliance will now heat up until the set temperature is reached.
- You can also set the room temperature as your desired temperature. Press the temperature button and wait for 5 seconds. The appliance will automatically select the room temperature. Confirm by pressing the temperature button.
- The appliance will also atuomatically measure if it has to heat or not. If the room temperature is higher than the set temperature, then the appliance will go into standby mode after 10 seconds and stop heating, until the appliance notices that the room temperature has dropped 2°C below its set temperature. If that is the case, the appliance will start heating again until the set temperature is reached.
- You can also set a timer. Press the timer button and set the time using the + and – buttons. you can choose between an operation time of 1 upto 12 hours. Press the timer button again to confirm the operation time. As soon as the set time has passed, the appliance will stop heating and go into standby mode.
HOW TO USE THE REMOTE
- At the bottom of the remote control you can find the battery compartment. Open the compartment by pushing the small left button to the center and simultaneously sliding out the compartment. You can now place a new CR2032 3V battery. Make sure that the battery is placed correctly, also what the polarity is concerned.
- The remote buttons have the same functionality as the buttons on the appliance. So you can also set the power, temperature and time with the remote.
HOW TO MAINTAIN THE APPLIANCE
- At the back of the appliance, you can find the air filter (part 8). This filter catches dust when the appliance is in use, so it should be regularly cleaned to make sure that the heating capacity of the appliance remains the same.
- The filter can be cleaned with water, but make sure that you completely air dry the filter before placing it back into the appliance.
- When cleaning the outside of the appliance, do not use any oils or other abrasive products that could damage the appliance.
- When storing the appliance, make sure that it has completely cooled down, that you pack the appliance well and that you store it in a well vented environment.
