SOLAR GARDEN LIGHT
How the solar light works:
During the day,the solar panel converts solar power into energy and stores it in a rechargeable battery. At night,the light turns on automatically and uses the stored energy. The duration of illumination will depend on the geographical location, weather conditions and seasonal light availability.
CHOOSING AN IDEAL LOCATION:
Choose an outdoor location where the solar panel can receive at least 6 hours full and direct sunshine each day. Shady locations will reduce the battery charge and shorten the illumination time at night. Avoid placing solar lights near bright light sources, such as street lights. The bright light sources may cause the solar light to turn off automatically. Solar lights are ideal for night time lighting in the garden, lawn, ect. You can also place the solar lights outdoors during the day and then place them indoor for lighting.
ATTENTION FOR FIRST-TIME USE:
Put the ON/OFF switch to the “ON” position, or remove the pull tag, the light sensor will control the light automatically. When the the environment turns dark, the solar light will turn on and use the energy stored in the battery. If the solar light does not turn on automatically at night after 6 hours of charging during the day, please check the following:
- Make sure the power switch is at the “ON” position.
- Check the battery and make sure the battery contacts connect to the terminal securely.
- Make sure the solar light is located in a sunny location and the solar panel can receive direct sunlight
PROBLEM-SOLVING
If the solar light does not turn on automatically at night after 6 hours of charging during the day, please check the steps under „ATTENTION FOR FIRST TIME USE:„
PRECAUTIONS:
- Please note, that solar light is designed to work when the environment gets dark. If there are strong sources nearby, the solar light may illuminate or not light up at all.
- Although the battery has been charged by the manufacturer, the electric charge may have dropped by the time the consumer receives the product, please let the solar light charge for a full day for maximum performance.
- The Surface of the solar panel must be kept clean. A dirty or Dusty surface will reduce charging efficiency.
TO AVOID BATTERY LEAKAGE
Be sure to insert the battery correctly and always follow the battery
manufacturers’ instructions; Do not mix old and new battery or alkaline,
standard (carbon-zinc) or
rechargeable. Always remove weak or dead batteries from the product.
REPLACE BATTERIES:
If the solar light stops working after it has been used for a long time, the battery may need to be replaced. You may open the battery cover and replace it with a new rechargeable battery.
Notes on Disposal
The product is designated for separate collection at an appropriate collection point. Do not dispose of the product with household waste. For more information, contact the retailer or the local authority responsible for waste management.
Care
Before cleaning the unit, disconnect it, if necessary form other components; do not use aggressive cleaning agents.
Warranty
The unit has been carefully checked for defects. If nevertheless you do have cause for complaint, please go back to the retailer where you have bought the product together with your proof of purchase.

- Do not modify the product in any way.
- Do not expose the product to water or moisture. (IP 20)
- Do not immerge the product into water. (IP 44 – IP 66)
- Keep the product away from heat sources.
- Do not block the ventilation openings.
- Do not look directly into the light source of theLED lamp.
- Keep a minimum distance of >2 meter between the lamp and the surface being illuminated.
Electrical safety
- To reduce risk of electric shock, this product should only be opened by an authorized techni-cian when service is required.
- Do not use the product if the cable or plug is damaged or defective. When damaged or defec-tive, it must be replaced by the manufacturer or an authorised repair agent.
- Before use, always make sure that the voltage is the same as the voltage on the rating plate of the device.
- Make sure that the cable does not hang over the edge of a worktop and cannot be caught accidentally or tripped over
Warning
- The light source contained in this luminaire shall only be replaced by the manufacturer or his service agent or a similar qualified person.
- Caution, risk of electric shock.
- The external flexible cable or cord of this luminaire cannot be replaced; if the cord is damaged,the luminaire has to be destroyed.
