jaycar AC-1705 3 Input HDMI Switcher
Introduction
This is a high-performance 3 HDMI input and 1 HDMI output switch. It supports HDCP repeater functions and fast switching between any of the HDMI input ports. The system supports all 3D TV formats in addition to all HDTV formats up to 4Kx2K. Furthermore, the remote control gives uses complete control over the selection of sources and makes the device incredibly user friendly. Low consumption, does not require an external power supply for normal functions.

Top Panel:
Switch button; 1 Press this button to select any sources, i.e. Blu-ray, Game
Console, Set Top Box, etc, which is connected to the input and indicated by
the number of the input, i.e. 2 3 4
Front Panel
Connect the output of the switcher to a monitor or HDTV that is equipped with
a HDMI socket. The selected source will be displayed from this output.
Rear Panel
3 HDMI inputs located on the rear of the device. Connect a HDMI source to any
of these inputs.
Right Panel:
- DC 5V input port; this switcher does not require power to switch between the 3 available sources. The power input is available in cases where one or all HDMI leads is or exceeds 5 metres in length.
- IR receiver port: connect the supplied IR receiver cable to receive a remote signal.
Application Example
Remote control
IN1 IN2 IN3 Press any of the “IN”put numbered buttons and the LED will indicate the corresponding selected input source. Press Recycle button to cycle through the available input source and the LED will indicate the corresponding input source.
WARNING
KEEP BUTTON BATTERIES OUT OF REACH OF CHILDREN
- If swallowed a lithium button battery may to lead to serious or fatal injury in as little as 2 hours, due to chemical burns and potential perforation of the esophagus.
- Non-lithium button batteries battery can cause serious injuries if it is swallowed or placed inside any part of the body.
- All button batteries must be kept away from children regardless if they are new or used.
- If you suspect your child has swallowed or inserted a button battery immediately call the 24- hour Poisons Information Centre on 13 11 26 (Australia) or 0800 764 766 (New Zealand) for fast, expert advice.
- If your child is having difficulty breathing contact 000 (Australia) or 111 (New Zealand).
- Dispose of used button batteries immediately and safely out of the reach of children. A battery can still be dangerous even when it can no longer operate the device.
- As soon as you have finished using a button battery, put sticky tape around both sides of it. This will make it harder for children to swallow the button battery and avoid the risk of the battery catching fire.
- Immediately dispose of button batteries immediately out of reach of children, or recycle using a child-resistant container and take used cells to your local battery collection center.
