Product Usage Instructions

Charging Case


The charging case is used to charge the hearing aids.

It features the following components:

  1. Left charging port
  2. Left battery life indicator
  3. Right charging port
  4. Right battery life indicator
  5. Case battery life indicator
  6. Charging port

Choosing the Ear Dome
To ensure a proper fit, choose the right size of ear dome for the patient. Then, connect the ear dome to the hearing aid.

To effectively reduce howling sound, set the hearing aid to low volume before using it.

Changing the Dome
When attaching a new dome, make sure to press it firmly until you feel a pop or click, indicating a secure connection. Avoid pressing the dome flat against the hearing aid to prevent sound blockage. The dome should click into place, leaving a slight amount of space between the tip of the hearing aid and the dome. If the smallest dome causes a whistling sound, try using a larger dome.

Note: Start with smallest dome, if it causes a whistling sound because the domes are too small for the ears, try larger dome.
CAUTION: Ensure the dome clicks into place securely.

Volume Control
Adjust the volume using the provided screwdriver:

  1. Turn the volume up with clockwise rotation.
  2. Turn the volume down with counter-clockwise rotation.

Note: Start with a low volume when using the hearing aid for the first time. Gradually increase the volume to find the best level.

Power Switch
To turn on the device, switch the power switch to “N.”
To tur off the device, switch the power switch to “O.”

Charging Device

  1. If the device volume is low or not working well, it may have low power. Charge the device at this time.

  2. Turn off the power switch and place the hearing aid into the charging case.

  3. The LED display on the case will indicate the charging status and battery levels for both the individual hearing aid and the case itself.

Cleaning Hearing Aid
Use the cleaning brush from the accessory box to clean the hearing aid regularly:

  1. Remove the dome from the device.
  2. Use the cleaning brush to remove wax, dirt, or debris from both the dome and the device.
  3. Rinse the dome in warm water if necessary, ensuring it is completely dry before reattaching it to the device.

Inserting Into Ear

  1. Use your thumb and forefinger to hold the hearing aid against the ear canal and gently push it in.
  2. Use your other hand to adjust your ear while inserting the hearing aid.
  3. Use your forefinger to move the hearing aid up and down and gently press it into place.
  4. Open and close your mouth to help determine if the hearing aid is properly placed.x

Charging Case
Connect USB-C to the charging case (figure 5), plug into power adapter and connect with 220V power outlet. Charging indicators will be red (figure 6) Light will turn off when fully charged.

Remove the Device
To remove the hearing aid from the ear canal, hold the pull wire with your thumb and index finger, and gently pull it out.

Important Note

  1. Avoid using the hearing aid at high volume for an extended period as it may damage your hearing.
  2. Maintain and clean the product regularly to prevent blockage of the ear plug and microphone opening by debris.
  3. Avoid using the hearing aid in showering, swimming, raining, or wet environments. Do not expose the hearing aid to direct sunlight or other heat sources.
  4. Handle hearing aids with care and avoid dropping on the floor.
  5. Only use the charger and adapter provided with the hearing aid.
  6. Do not disassemble or modify the hearing aid.
  7. Keep the hearing aid away from children.

    No, it is not recommended to use the hearing aids while swimming or in wet environments.
