Important Safety Instructions

• Keep this product in horizontal position. Do not put any heavy objects on the top of this product.
• Use the provided or certified cables to prevent any damage.
• Do not disassemble or modify this product to avoid electric shock or damage.
• Keep away from any heat sources.
• Keep away from dust that could cause fire or electric shock.
• Place in a dry and well-ventilated area.
• Turn off and remove the cable if this product emitting smoke or any unpleasant odor.
• Unplug from the power source when not in use for a long period of time.
• Do not use the product in the environment at too high or too low temperature, never expose the device under strong sunshine or too wet environment.
• Use only the charger provided by the manufacturer. Using an unauthorized charger may cause danger and violate the warranty.
• The charger is for indoor use only. The charger type is DSA-10PF06-05 FEU, output voltage/current is 5Vdc/1.5A. The plug is considered as a disconnect device.

At a Glance

Remote Control

Bluetooth Pairing: Pressed “Home” and “Back”  simultaneously on the remote control for 10 seconds.
Google Assistant: Press the “Google Assistant”  button on your remote to talk to Google.
Google Assistant is not available in certain languages and countries. Availability of services varies by country and language.

Connecting

Turn off all equipment (TV, screen monitor, or projector) before connecting.
Some USB ports don’t provide enough continuous power, you may need to connect with AC power outlet.
Select Settings’ > “Network & Internet’, turn on Wi-Fi, and connect an available Wi-Fi network with correct password.

Troubleshooting

with AC power outlet.
No sound| The streaming dongle is muted.| Press the mute button again to restore volume.
The volume level is too low.| Turn up the volume.
Fail to connect the network| The cable is not connected in a proper way.| Please reconnect.
Wi-Fi is closed or the signal is too weak.| Turn on the Wi-Fi or adjust the position of your router.
Controller failure| The remote control is not paired correctly to the TV box.| Try to re-pair.
The remote control has a low battery.| Change the batteries.
The remote control is broken.| Contact our customer service center.
