How to assemble

Attach the main unit (L) and the main unit (R) to the mask section respectively. Insert the protruding part of the main unit into the mask part.

  1. Go to the site and go to ‘New Registration Here’.

  2. Fill in each field and click the “Create Account button to receive a confirmation email. If you do not receive a confirmation email, please check your junk mail folder.

Power on/off

Press and hold the power button to turn the power on and off

Press and hold (3 seconds) Power on/off switching
Press quickly 5 times Pairing mode
Press quickly 7 times Deletes all the information of the terminal connected

in the past (factory  default)

How to Attach the mask

  1. Pass the mask string through the groove in the center of the main body groove.

  2. Spread the string and hang it on the hook. The mask covers the mask part of the C-FACE body.

Charging method

※C-FACE cannot be used unless it is charged.

  1. Open the plug cap and connect the USB TYPE-C cable (sold separately) to the main unit.
  2. Connect the other side of the cable to a computer, etc., or connect it to the AC adapter (sold separately).

※*Chargers that support quick charging may not be able to be used to protect the power supply, especially if they have a large capacity.

How to pair

  1. When you turn on the power, the LED lamp will blink quickly and you will automatically be in pairing mode.
    ※* If you want to connect C-FACE that has already been paired with your smartphone, set C-FACE to pairing mode and connect from your new smartphone.

  2. Select “C-FACE” from “Settings” in the C-FACE app Press the “Connect with C-FACE” button and select “C-FACE”

How to use the C-FACE app

  1. Scan the code below to download the app and install it on your smartphone.
    Operation confirmed OS:
    Android 8.0 and above iOS 14.0 and above
    (iPhone X or later recommendation)

  2. Turn on Bluetooth on your smartphone. Launch the C-FACE app.

How to care

Remove the mask and wipe it with an antiseptic solution.
When spraying the disinfectant onto the mask, make sure it does not get in the microphone holes.

Warranty Policy

If the product fails under normal use within the warranty period, it will be replaced free of charge for one year from the date of purchase. However, consumable parts and accessories are not covered by the warranty.
