Introduction
Sentry Metal Stereo Earbuds with Built-in Microphone work great with a variety of devices, including tablets, iPads, laptops, smartphones, iPhones, iPods, MP3 players, PCs, and more. The earbuds have acoustic chamber for a deep bass response, soft silicone ear pads for an ultra-comfortable fit and an extra pair of pads, metal wires for added strength, and micro 8mm drivers with audio reproduction. With the two-line mic’s hands-free design, you can take calls and listen to music without having to touch your phone.
HOW TO SETUP
The headset’s power button will blink blue and red while you keep it depressed. (Hold down the power button on both of the wireless earphones.) They are coupled when the headset or earbuds have a solid blue glow. Find the device’s model number (BT500, for example), then connect.
HOW TO RESTART
To manually connect the left and right earphones, press the power button on each earphone. This will turn the earbuds on and off. * To force the earphones to restart if pairing still fails, long press both buttons on the earbuds for 10 seconds.
HOW TO SYNC
While simultaneously removing both earbuds from the charging case, wait a short while for them to switch on and establish a connection. If they don’t instantly pair with one another, put them back in the charging case and remove them again at the same time.
HOW TO CONNECT
- STEP 1: Press and hold the power button on both earphones for around 15 seconds while they are in the off position, or until the LED starts to flash blue.
- STEP 2: The LED on the right earbud will alternately flash BLUE & RED and BLUE & RED on the left earbud once it has been paired. This indicates pairing mode.
Frequently Asked Questions
When the Sentry wireless earbuds are fully charged, how do you know?
When your earbuds are plugged in and charging, the charging case will blink red. The light will cease flickering and remain a solid red color when it is completely charged.
How can you make both earbuds function?
Depending on the audio settings on your headset, it might only play in one ear. So, make sure the mono option is off in your audio properties by checking your audio properties. Make sure the voice levels on both earbuds are balanced as well.
Why won’t one of my earbuds connect?
If the battery in your headphones is low, they might not be able to pair. Additionally, I’ve discovered that certain Bluetooth headphones stay on when in the case, which causes them to deplete to zero percent more quickly than you would expect. Even if they claim to have some battery left, try plugging them in and giving them a thorough charge before pairing.
What does the blue light on earphones imply when they are charging?
The battery is charged if the exterior blue light is on. It can charge your headphones up to 10 times, according to the user instructions.
Can I store my wireless earbuds while not in use in a charging case?
Yes. They won’t overcharge or be harmed in any way, and if you make it a habit of putting them back in the case after use, you’ll be less likely to misplace one.
What does the earbuds’ red light signify?
Your headphones’ red or amber flashing usually indicates that the battery is getting low. A medium battery level shown by an orange light may indicate that you need to charge the headphones in the next few hours.
Why won’t my Bluetooth headphones charge?
Check your headphones’ charging port for any damage, such as bent metal or connectors. Additionally, check to see if the port feels tight when you touch it, as this can indicate that the connectors have come loose from the headset.
When just one pair of Bluetooth earbuds functions, how can you fix them?
Restarting the headset is the first step to solving a Bluetooth earphones issue. If that still doesn’t fix the issue, try pairing and Bluetooth reset. If it doesn’t work, check the audio settings on your phone or computer.
Why won’t my earbuds charge except for one?
The charging connections on an AirPod frequently cease working because they are clogged with dirt from the AirPod stem, the Charging Case, or both.
What happens if one earbud malfunctions?
Try twisting and taping the cord to restore sound if a single earbud periodically loses sound. If twisting the wire doesn’t work, you might have to open the earbud and, if you can, solder the connection. You might occasionally need to purchase new earbuds.
