Step 1:
Visit https://quickstart.iqicloud.io
Or scan the QR code to get started with your superuser account setup.
Step 2:
Visit https://toolbox.iqicloud.io
Or scan the QR code
- Open the toolbox app
- If the [-] icon shown in the picture is present, click and scan the QR code.
3. Use your superuser username & password OR the login credentials provided
by your superuser to login to the App
4. Click ‘All Devices’ on the top left and select the Customer Account
5. Plug the Air Purifier to the power socket. Do not turn the device on using remote. Pairing happens before the device is switched on. You will see a blue light indicator on the air purifier display screen. If it is not shown, press and hold the clock button on the remote for 3 seconds. This will reset the device and you will see the blue indicator on the display screen.
6. Make sure the Mobile device Bluetooth is ON and the mobile device is connected to 2.4 GHz WiFi (Most of today’s wireless is 2.4 GHz). This is the network your WiFi Air Quality Monitor is going to connect, so it’s essential your phone is connected to this network, and you have the username and password for it.
7. Click on the + sign on the top right
• The App will automatically find the slimline Air purifier, click on Go to Add and follow instructions on the screen. When prompted enter the network username password and click Next.
• If the Air Quality Monitor is not found automatically, Go to Small Home Appliances, and click on Air Purifier (WiFi). When prompted enter the network username password and click Next and Follow instructions on the screen.
8. The pairing process might take 1 – 2 minutes to complete. Once paired, an icon appears like in the image above.
9. This will now be listed under the Customer Account. You can see the Air Quality readings and control the slimline air purifier from this screen.
