Quality Assurance
The company can provide direct purchasers of its products with a 12-month
(one-year) quality guarantee (calculated from the date of shipment). The
technical specifications of the product data manual published by the company
shall prevail. If the product is proved to be defective during the warranty
period, the company will provide free repair or replacement. The user needs to
meet the following conditions:
The product shall be notified to the company in writing within 14 days after
the defect is discovered. The product should be sent back to the company by
the purchase. The product should be within the warranty period. The company is
only responsible for those products that are used in the occasions that meet
the technical conditions of the product and produce defects. The company does
not make any guarantees, guarantees or written statements about the
application
Powering Options: The Air Quality Monitor comes with a standard micro-USB
port on the side or hardwired at the back or both based on the model
purchased. User can use one of the powering options as per the requirement.
Micro USB: Use the micro-USB cable and the power adapter provided to
connect the device to the power source.
Hard wired: For hardwiring to the building power source, we strongly
recommend having a certified trained technician do the installation.
To mount on wall, use the wall mounting plate, screws and dry wall hangers
provided to fix the mounting plate on to the wall. Fix the Air Quality
Monitor to the wall bracket by simply insert and click lock. Ensure it is
properly fixed to avoid device fall.
NOTE: The power rating of this device is 5V. The warranty is only valid for
manufacturing defects. The warranty is not applicable for wrong installation
like powering it to the wrong power source or accidental damages during
installations.

Installation Precautions
To ensure the accuracy and stability of this product, please do not install this product in the following environments:
- Near heat, cold, or direct sunlight.
- Long-term exposure to steam, water mist, water curtain or condensation environment.
Mechanical Installation
- Choose a typical installation location: The location where the transmitter is installed must have the temperature and humidity, particulate matter, VOC, formaldehyde, and carbon dioxide concentration that the environment needs to measure.
- Make sure that there is enough space around the Air Quality Monitor for air circulation.
- Do not install the transmitter on heating or refrigerating objects, and do not directly install it in a steam or water mist environment.
- When installing, the transmitter must be far away from the line. Note that the installation direction of the transmitter is subject to the text direction.
Source of Error
Temperature Error: 1. the stabilization time is too short when placed in
the test environment; 2. Too close to a heat source, a cold source, or
directly under the sun.
Humidity Error: 1. the stabilization time is too short when placed in the
test environment; 2. Long-term exposure to steam, water mist or condensation
environment.
Air Concentration Error: 1 The stabilization time is too short when
placed in the test environment
