Hotkey Control

Basic Operation
The operation of the KVM switch is mainly through hotkey controls.

Hotkey Leading Codes ( HK_LCode)

A Hotkey command is a short keyboard sequence for selecting a computer, activating computer scan, etc. KVM Switch interprets keystrokes for hotkeys all the time. A hotkey sequence starts with HK_LCode followed by one or two more keystrokes. A built-in buzzer generates a high-pitch beep for correct hotkey command; otherwise, one low-pitch beep generates for error and the bad key sequence will not be forwarded to the selected computer.

Screen Layout Control

These modes are up-scaled outputs as follows:

  • OR/7R: Input = 2560×1440@60hz & Up-Scaled to 3840×2160@30Hz Output
  • OH / 7H: Input = 1920×1080@60Hz & Up-Scaled to 3840×2160@30Hz Output
  • 0G/7G: Input = 1920×1080@60Hz & Up-Scaled to 2560×1440@60Hz Output
  • 00/70: Input = 2560×1080@60Hz & Up-Scaled to 3440×1440@30Hz Output

This Video Up-Scaling Function Is Specially Useful for Source Compatibility or KVM Extender Compatibility. For Example

  1.  Source ls Capable of Only 1080p Output
  2.  Source Is Placed 150M away & Requires Long-Reach Function of HDBaseT Extension (1080p)

In Such Cases, The Scaled Output Can Improve Image Clarity on Modern Hi- Resolution Displays. Switching between screen layout modes might require image fine-tuning (User can save fine-tunned setting to user’s presets
