Safety Instructions

SAVE THESE INSTRUCTIONS-This manual contains important safety and operating instructions for the FM transmitter device (Model: NX09).
Please read and understand all instructions before using this product. If damage is caused by failure to follow the instructions, the warranty does not apply.

• Do not expose to rain, moisture, or snow.
•  Use of an attachment is not recommended or sold by the manufacturer may result in a risk of fire, electric shock, or injury to persons.
• Do not operate this car charger if it has received a sharp blow, been dropped, or otherwise damaged in any way; take it to a qualified service person.
• Do not disassemble this car charger; take it to a qualified service person when service or repair is required. Incorrect reassembly may result in a risk of electric shock or fire.
• To reduce risk of electric shock, unplug this car charger before attempting any maintenance or cleaning. Turning off controls will not reduce this risk. To reduce risk of fire or electric shock, do not interconnect output terminations. Avoid long exposure to direct sunlight, damage to the device. -Exposing this product to open flames may cause it to explode.
• Do not use this product in strong magnetic fields. -Use a dry, soft lint-free cloth to clean. Do not use any corrosive cleaner or oil to clean.
• CAUTION – For continued protection against risk of fire, replace only with the same type and ratings of fuse, fuse rating is 32V DC / 5A.
•  Always obey traffic laws and pay attention to the road. Do not attempt to use this device while driving, as some features are limited while the vehicle is in motion. Failure to pay full attention to the operation of your vehicle could result in death, serious injury or property damage. You assume total responsibility and risk for using this device.

Bluetooth Mode

1.  Plug NX09 into your car cigarette lighter, it will turn on automatically and shortly show the car voltage.
   

2.  Turn on your car radio, turn the car FM radio till you find an unoccupied frequency from 88.1~107.9MHz (US/CA), 87.5~108MHz (UK/EU), you will hear white noise. Long press or on NX09 to enter frequency mode (LCD starts flashing the frequency), then rotate the , or press / to set it same frequency with your car radio.
   

3. Enable Bluetooth on your smartphone and search for available Bluetooth devices. Select “NX09” and connect.

4. Open the music player or navigation on your phone, it can transmit the phone calls. Your are ready to enjoy hands-free calling and in-car stereo steaming.
   

Play music via microSD card or USB flash drive

1.  Plug NX09 into your car cigarette lighter, it will turn on automatically and shortly show the car voltage.
   

2.  Turn on your car radio, turn the car FM radio till you find an unoccupied frequency from 88.1~107.9MHz, you will hear white noise. Long press or on NX09 to enter frequency mode (LCD starts flashing the frequency), then rotate the , or press / to set it same frequency with your car radio.
   

3. Insert a micro SD card or USB flash drive into NX09, it will automatically detect and play the MP3/WMA/FLAC/WAV format music.
   

NOTE: Please only use micro SD card or USB flash drive in FAT format up to 32G memory; it only supports music in MP3/WMA/FLAC/WAV formats.

Trouble Shooting

For Noise or Statics:

1. Please check if both the car radio and transmitter are on the SAME station. If not, please set both of them on the same station.
2. If the audio still has too much noise or statics, please select another radio frequency, may the chosen frequency is occupied by a radio station or have too much interference.

For Bluetooth connection issues (Can’t find the Bluetooth name of the FM Transmitter; Can’t connect the Bluetooth; Bluetooth disconnection during working) :

1. Please try to clear your Bluetooth pairing list on your phone. If there are too many Bluetooth record on your phone, it may cause that you can’t find the Bluetooth name of the FM Transmitter.
2.  Check the Bluetooth name of your phone. If your Bluetooth name is too long, it may affect the Bluetooth paring with the FM Transmitter .
3.  Please try to restart the FM Transmitter device and reconnect the Bluetooth.

This device carries 6 month manufacture warranty.

Important Notes

If you drive a Malibu car or some other cars that keep outputting power to the car’s cigarette socket/outlet after the car’s engine has been turned off, please be sure to unplug “NX09” from the car cigarette lighter after usage to prevent your car battery from being drained.
