Safety Instructions
WARNING: In order to prevent power failure or possible malfunction of the oxygen concentrator, those who urgently need oxygen must configure other backup oxygen supply (e.g., oxygen cylinder, oxygen bag, etc). This equipment is suitable for oxygen supplementation, not considered as life support or life extension.

1. Before Use: The machine should not be inverted, tilted, or placed sideways. Use a qualified socket and install the regulator before use if the power supply voltage is unstable. Non-professional maintenance personnel should not open the case.
2. Machine Placement: Keep away from flammable and explosive occasions. Place indoors in a ventilated area away from direct sunlight, walls, and furniture. Do not place in environments with extreme temperatures, heat sources, humidity, smoke, or pollution. Avoid placing debris or liquid-filled utensils on or under the machine.
3. Attention: Avoid smoking and sources of ignition during use. Do not use oil or grease on the machine. Prevent the machine from being in contact with water or other liquids. The safe use period is 3 years from the date of use.

1. Before Use

   • The machine is prohibited from being inverted, tilted and placed sideways in any case!
   • Be sure to use qualified socket！
   • Please install the regulator before using if the power supply voltage is unstable!
   • Non-professional maintenance personnel should not open the case!

2. Machine placement
   Keep away from flammable and explosive occasions. The oxygen generator should be placed indoors in a ventilated place and protected from direct sunlight, keep away from walls and furniture for over 10cm. Do not place the machine in the following environments:

5. Do not place any objects on the bottom of the machine to prevent the temperature of the inlet and exhaust ports raise and cause the machine shut down or oxygen concentration decrease.

9. Working Principle
   Oxygen concentrators are the most reliable, efficient, and convenient source of supplemental oxygen available today, the oxygen concentrator is electrically operated. The unit separates oxygen from room air which allows high-purity supplemental oxygen to be delivered to you through the oxygen outlet, although the concentrator filters the oxygen in a room, it will not affect the normal amount of oxygen in your room.

   Before installing and operating the product, the please check whether the appearance of the product is complete, and checks whether the components are in accordance with the quantity and category shown in the packing list. If there is any omission or damage, please contact the distributor or manufacturer in time.

Attention:
To replace the filter element, please remove the bottom cover!

Machine Operation

1. After check all components, please press the Humidifying tank release knob button to unload the Humidifying tank.
2. Pull out the silicone plug on the back and add cold distilled water or pure water, but do not exceed the maximum water level line.
3. Tighten up the silicon button of the Humidifying tank and put it back to the machine. When the sound of “click” is heard, the Humidifying tank is installed in place.
4. Connect the power supply: Connect the power cord “8”form tail plug to the power socket of the oxygen generator, and the another plug insert the normal function socket.
5. Press the power switch to “-“, then the red light will be on at the power button of the display screen, indicating that the machine is in standby state after self-inspection. When the user presses the power button again, the display screen will display the oxygen flow rate, oxygen concentration, timing time and cumulative time, and the machine will be in normal operation. When the oxygen generator works, it emits a “wheeze-” sound every few seconds, which is the normal ventilation sound.

Operation of oxygen inhalation

1. Press the “flow +” or “flow-” button on the touch control panel to adjust the required flow rate, and the oxygen concentration corresponding to the flow rate will be displayed on the display screen. At the same time, there should be bubbles in the water tank and there should have oxygen output from the oxygen outlet on the top of the water tank.
2. Connect the hose end of the oxygen inhalation tube to the oxygen outlet on top of the water tank, and wear well the ear-type oxygen inhalation head or nose-suction head), then you can begin the oxygen inhalation.

Timing Setting

1. This machine has automatic timing function; You can press the “timing +” or “timing-” button on the touch control panel to set up the time in the range of 00 minutes to 3 hours and 00 minutes.
2. When the machine is turned on, if the display screen shows “timing time-hour-minute”, it means that the automatic timing function is not set, and the machine will be in continuous operation mode until the power switch is turned off.
3. When the “Timing plus” key is pressed every time, the display number is increased by 15 minutes, indicating that the running time is increased by 15 minutes, if press and hold for more than 1.5 seconds, the display number will continue to increase until the button is released.
4. The display number is reduced by 15 every time the “Timing Subtraction” key is pressed, which means that the running time is reduced by 15 minutes, and the display number will be reduced continuously until it is released after holding down for more than 1.5  seconds. When the time is set, the oxygen generator will shut down automatically. At this time, the display screen shows “the timing timeis 00:00”. Press the timer key to reset the shutdown time.

7. Shutdown

1. If oxygen inhalation needs to be temporarily stopped during use, the power supply (switch) button on the touch control panel can be pressed to stop or restart oxygen supply.
2. After use, first pull out the oxygen suction tube or connecting tube from the oxygen outlet, take off the ear-type or nose-type oxygen suction head, turn off the power switch behind the machine, and then pull out the power plug to ensure that the power supply is completely cut off.

Remote control operation
The machine can be operated remotely by a remote controller. The key function of the machine is shown in Fig. F (schematic diagram of the remote controller).

Note: When the remote control is operated, it is better to be in front of the IR receiving window. But this is not necessary. When the reflection conditions are appropriate, it can be operated in the range of 0-160 degrees.

10. Usage Method of Oxygen Absorber of Ear Mail Type (Optional Accessories)

1. Function
   The ear-type oxygen absorber is designed according to ergonomic design, which can be easily worn on the ear. Excellent personal feeling can make you feel very comfortable to use.

3. Wear a good ear-type oxygen inhaler when inhaling oxygen.

4. Oxygen inhalation head cleaning: medical alcohol can be used to wipe.

5. Use and Cleaning of Adding Liquid Bottle： Open and pull out the top cap of the filling bottle, add appropriate amount of aromatic essential oil, and then install the filling bottle in place, you can start using.

6. Cleaning:
   Usually once a week, it can be cleaned with a lighter detergent (food grade), and then rinsed with clean water. The water in the filling bottle should be dried before use.

WARNING
The power supply must be disconnected Before the maintenance of the machine. Do not dismantle the shell in case of electricity.

Maintain of BE04 Oxygen Concentrator

1. Case cleaning

2. The outer casing must be cleaned at least once a month.

3. Wipe with clean and soft wet cotton cloth or sponge, do not infiltrate the liquid into the machine crevice.

4. Clean or replace the filter element

5. The cleaning and replacement of filter element is very important for protecting compressor and adsorption tower and prolonging the service life of the machine. Please clean and replace it in time.
   Special attention: If the filter element is not installed in the filter, or the filter element is not properly installed in place, or the filter element is not completely dry, the power supply shall not be connected and the machine shall not be operated, which may cause permanent and irreversible damage to the machine.

6. The filter element should be cleaned once every 15 natural days. The filter is located at the bottom of the machine. Pull out the filter and take out the filter element in the filter. After removal, please check the filter element at the first time. If the filter element is black, please clean or replace it immediately.

7. Cleaning of filter element: Clean with light detergent (food grade) first and rinse with clean water. The filter element must be dry and then installed in the filter.

8. Maintain your water tank

9. Please change the water in the water tank.

10. Clean the water tank once a week by clean water, wash it repeatedly with clean water to ensure neat and tidy.

11. Clean the silicone plug in the water tank when clean the water tank.

12. If there is scale or smell in the water tank due to some reasons that have not been cleaned or changed for more than a week, it can be soaked in edible white vinegar for more than one hour, shake it vigorously and wash it with clean water.

13. Maintain your nasal oxygen tube kit
    It should be cleaned every three days. The nose suction head on the oxygen inhalation tube should be cleaned after use every time. It can be soaked in edible white vinegar for about 8 minutes and then cleaned with water or wiped with medical alcohol. The oxygen pipe kit should be kept dry and clean after cleaning. The use time of oxygen inhalation tube should be 30-60 natural days according to the use frequency and environment.

14. Replacement of Glass Safety Pipe
    Turn off the ship power switch on the back of the machine and unplug the power cord. The fuse is located on the back of the machine. The fuse seat cover can be removed and replaced by unscrewing counterclockwise with a cross screwdriver.

2. Guidance on the Use of Electromagnetic Environment: In order to avoid being disturbed by strong electromagnetic environment or other electrical products, please keep the machine at least 30 cm apart
   from other household appliances in use.

3. Non-professionals are not allowed to dismantle the machine shell. If professional maintenance personnel need product technical information, please contact the manufacturer or after-sales service point.

4. After-sale service: The company is responsible for the quality problems caused by non-human factors within one week from the date of sale. Under normal use and maintenance conditions, the company will provide free maintenance (compressor warranty period is three years) if the quality problems occur within one year from the date of production or within one year from the date of purchase (customer’s choice). Machine, users can according to the invoice and warranty card to the company’s after-sales service department, offices or dealers to repair, reasonable fees. If the user is unable to provide the invoice, the warranty period shall be confirmed by one-month extension of the date of our machine’s factory serial number.
   After-sales service will not be provided to below situation:
