Introduction
You can start brushing the way your dentist advises by using the Oral-B App to wirelessly connect your Smart Limited brush to a smartphone. With the Position Detection technology included with the Oral-B Smart Limited, you can get real- time feedback on your brushing habits using Bluetooth, your smartphone, and facial recognition software. You may choose from 12 different colours to customise your brushing experience with the 360 smart Ring with LED lights. You get visual feedback on brushing time and pressure from the Smarting in conjunction with the built-in timer and pressure sensor. Together, they make it easier for you to brush for the prescribed two minutes and apply the right amount of pressure to prevent over brushing your gums. The brush has five brushing modes.

What type of brush heads work with this ?
All Oral-B brush heads with the exception of Oral-B iO heads.
What happens when the battery is dead?
Instructions to remove the battery for recycle are on their website.
What is the bluetooth for on this electric toothbrush?
The Bluetooth for our brushes connects to the Oral-B app that can help provide brushing information daily.
Does the Travel case have a place for the charger?
No, the travel case will not hold the charger. – The Oral-B Team
Can this brush be used in the shower?
Yes. All of our electric toothbrushes are waterproof, and you can use them while in the shower. However, we don’t recommend immersing your brush in water.
Is this model corded?
The toothbrush doesn’t have a cord, but the charger for the toothbrush does need to be plugged in.
Is the button hard to push?
No
Does mold accumulate inside the brush head due to poor connection to the base?
I have not had this issue. I rinse my brush head daily.
Does this come with a USB cord?
No it does not. The included charger plugs into a standard wall outlet.
Is brush head on oral B smart limited electric toothbrush considered soft?
The toothbrush comes with two cross-action brush heads. I do not consider them soft, but are fine for me. You can purchase sensitive heads if needed.
I think I have a defective toothbrush. Its been 24 hrs and it’s still not charging. I already threw out the box so i can’t return.
It sounds like it is defective. Mine charges quickly. Try getting a replacement using the order number on your receipt.
Does the toothbrush come with soft brush heads?
No. It comes with cross-action heads.
Does the whitening mode really whitens your teeth?
It helps to polish teeth in my experience.
