Safety Matters

Dear users:

Hello! Thank you for using our company’s product. When installing, maintaining and using the product, please read the instructions carefully and operate carefully so that you can fully use the washing machine functions and prevent personal injury or property damage to users and others; the company will not be responsible for the loss caused by improper use.

Warning: The following actions may result in personal injury, death or property damage.

1. Do not keep the washing machine in contact with or close to heat sources and open flames (such as mosquito coils, candles, cigarettes, hair dryers, etc.).
2. Do not insert/unplug the adapter plug with wet hands, it may cause an electric shock.
3. Before maintenance, cleaning or repair, please unplug the adapter.
4. If the adapter is damaged, please stop using it immediately and replace it with a new one before use.
5. After washing, remember to unplug the adapter and turn off the water inlet tap. Please use a new water inlet pipe to connect to the faucet. Please check the water pipe for breakage, wear and leakage before use, and replace it in time if there is a problem.

Caution : The following actions are dangerous actions that may result in injury.

1. Please place the product on a flat and solid table, otherwise it may cause abnormal vibration or noise.
2. Please turn on the faucet to check for water leakage before use, otherwise it will cause water leakage.
3. Do not open the door cover during operation to affect washing. It is forbidden to pour water into the tub and put laundry detergent during operation, so as not to cause abnormal detection and judgment of the machine.
4. Children and people who are not familiar with the method of use should not use the washing machine, otherwise it may cause mechanical damage.
5. Do not place the washing machine in a wet place or a place exposed to wind and rain, as it may cause damage to the product.
6. Please prevent pets or other animals from entering the inner tub of the washing machine, which may cause injury.
7. Do not sprinkle water on the washing machine, otherwise it may cause damage to the product.
8. Please wipe the shell of the washing machine with a soft cloth and a household cleaner without corrosive ingredients.
9. Do not put the magnet close to the washing machine while the machine is running.

Attention: The following actions may cause the machine not to work normally.

1. Before running the machine, please insert the drain pipe to ensure that the outlet of the drain pipe and the height of the pipeline are lower than the drain port of the washing machine.
2. Before washing, please turn the underwear inside out for easy cleaning.

Tips : The following operations are prohibited, which may cause personal injury or property damage.

1. Be sure to close the door cover to prevent the clothes from getting stuck in the door cover, otherwise, it may damage the clothes or cause the machine to malfunction.
2. Do not try to repair the washing machine by yourself, or let inexperienced and unqualified personnel do the repairing, which may seriously damage the washing machine or cause personal injury.

Tips (only applicable to DW06-MAUO model)

When selecting the sterilizing & washing program, because ozone sterilization will be activated, ozone will irritate the human body, please do not open the door during the program operation, and open the door cover after the machine completes the operation.

Installation Requirements

Power supply requirements:

• The adapter provided with the machine must be used, and cannot be replaced at will, or it may be unable to work normally or damage the machine.
• All electrical circuits must be arranged in accordance with national electrical standards.
• Please protect the adapter.
• Do not place the adapter anywhere, so as not to be stepped on, or pressed or pinched by objects placed on or beside the adapter.

Water supply requirements:

• The working water pressure is 0.05MPa ~ 0.8MPa. When the water pressure is too low, it will cause the water inflow time to be long. When the water pressure is lower than 0.05MPa, the product will not be able to work due to no water inflow.
• The washing machine should be close to the faucet.
• Regularly check the internal circuit for water leakage.
• Before using your washing machine, check all connections on the water inlet valve and faucet to prevent water leakage.

Environmental requirements:

Installation instructions

Machine installation and preparation before use:

1. Open the package, take out the accessories and the main machine.
2. Connect the drain pipe, insert the adapter plug into the power interface of the machine, then insert the adapter into the socket and make sure it is fastened. Put the clamp spring on the big end of the drain pipe, and then insert it into the drain port at the back of the machine, firmly insert it in place, and then clamp the clamp spring hoop to the clamped position. Insert the other end of the drain pipe into the drain port, or attach it to the edge of the pool. Note that the drain pipe should not be higher than the drain port on the machine (the height of the drain port is 25mm), or the water cannot be drained or cannot be drained completely.

Water supply

Connect one end of the water inlet pipe to the 1/4″ quick socket of the tee, and insert the other end directly into the water inlet of the washing machine; be sure to insert it to the bottom and attach the locking piece, and pull it a little harder to check whether it is in place. Then connect the tee to the faucet.

Note : The reserved port of the tee can supply water to a large washing machine, and the plug cannot be removed when not in use;

Instructions for use of three-way valve:

1. 1/2″ to 3/4″ adapter: It can be used when the faucet is a 1/2″ threaded faucet
2. 3/4″ nipple connector: It can be used when the faucet is a 3/4″ threaded faucet
3. Slider: It can be used when the faucet is a nipple faucet Water inlet interface: This interface is connected to the water inlet pipe of the washing machine
4. Water inlet interface: This interface is connected to the water inlet pipe of the washing machine
5. 1/2″ water outlet: It can be connected to the 1/2″ threaded water inlet pipe and the universal water inlet pipe. When installing a single washing machine, the nut here does not need to be unscrewed. When installing two washing machines, this nut should be unscrewed.

Installation conditions

Notes for washing:

1. Please check the instructions before washing, and if it is not suitable for high-temperature washing, please do not use 95°CWash to avoid damage.
2. This machine is suitable for washing small pieces of clothing that are worn daily, and when it is used for washing large pieces of clothing, it may cause a decline in the cleaning effect.
3. Please turn the underwear inside out, so that it can be washed more cleanly.
4. When the clothes are stained seriously, it is recommended to pre-apply the laundry detergent to the stains for pretreatment, and then put them into the tub for washing.
   • Please use non-concentrated, low-foaming, and essential oil-free laundry detergent to avoid affecting the washing effect and the service life of the product.
5. It is forbidden to wash clothes stained with gasoline, petroleum, benzene, cinnamon water, alcohol and other chemicals.
   • Please do not wash clothes that have been soaked, or stained with gasoline or other flammable, explosive or toxic solvents. These clothes may emit substances that may catch fire or explode. Please wash these clothes by hand to ensure all traces of such liquids, solids and particulates are removed before placing them in the product. Hazardous substances include acetone, alcohol, gasoline, kerosene, some household cleaner liquids and stain removers, turpentine, waxes, and wax removers.

Instructions for application of laundry detergent:

1. According to the degree of dirt, pre-apply the laundry detergent to the stained clothes, put it into the tub, close the door cover and ensure that the hook of the inner door cover is in place, select the corresponding program, and start it.
   • Note: Please use non-concentrated, low-foaming, and essential oil-free laundry detergent, so as not to affect the washing and rinsing effect and the service life of the product due to concentration and other reasons.
2. You can also directly put the laundry detergent/powder into the tub, then close the door cover and ensure that the hook of the inner door cover is in place, select the corresponding program, and start it.
   • Note: Do not put in too much laundry detergent/powder, otherwise it will cause foam overflow.

Instructions

1. Open the water tap and turn on the power.
2. Open the door cover and inner door cover in turn, put in the clothes to be washed and put in an appropriate amount of laundry detergent/powder.
3. Close the inner door cover, and confirm whether the hook of the inner door cover is in place, and then close the door cover.
   • Note: After closing the inner door cover, you must confirm that the hook of the inner door cover is in place, otherwise it will cause vibration and abnormal sound of the whole machine.
4. Short press the power button and select the program. When you select the program and hear the sound of “beep”, it indicates that the machine has entered the selected program.
   • Note : After entering the selected program, if you need to switch the program, you need to press and hold the power button for 3 seconds to shut down the machine with a buzzing sound, then select the program again.
5. After the end of washing, open the door cover and inner door cover in turn and take out the clothes.

DW01-MAU control panel

• Standard: It takes about 45 minutes, suitable for daily cleaned clothes.
• Fast: It takes about 35 minutes, suitable for daily clean clothes.
• Tub Clean : It takes about 15 minutes, suitable for cleaning the inner tub of the washing machine.
• Spin Only : It takes about 8 minutes, suitable for spin-drying of clothes separately.
• Note: When using Spin Only, please place the clothes evenly in the tub, so as not to cause excessive vibration due to eccentric placement and affect the spin-drying effect of the clothes.

DW06-MAUO control panel

• Standard: It takes about 45 minutes, suitable for daily cleaned clothes.
• Sterilization: It takes about 48 minutes, suitable for underwear to be washed with sterilization. (Do not open the door during the washing process to avoid the stimulation of ozone to the human body.)
• Tub Clean : It takes about 15 minutes, suitable for cleaning the inner tub of the washing machine. Spin Only: It takes about 8 minutes, suitable for spin-drying of clothes separately.
• Note: When using Spin Only, please place the clothes evenly in the tub, so as not to cause excessive vibration due to eccentric placement and affect the spin-drying effect of the clothes.

Maintenance

In order to achieve the best washing and rinsing effect, please use non- concentrated, low-foaming and essential oil-free laundry detergent, so as not to affect the washing and rinsing effect and the service life of the product due to concentration and other reasons.
