Once the club is registered by SALTER, you will be able to enter your profile with the following data:

• E-mail: Email address
• Password: Provided by SALTER, which you can modify afterwards.

Languages

You will be able to choose between:

Dashboard

The Dashboard is the main screen where you can:

View SALTER equipment compatible with SALTER CLOUD:

Visualize the status of the equipment:

1. Grey: The console has failed to connect to SALTER CLOUD.
2. Green: The operation of the machine is correct.
3. Yellow: There are some minor truis in the scum not prevent
4. Red: There is a serious fault that prevents the machine from working properly.

View the general usability statistics of this equipment.

My Profile

In the upper right area, you can access options such as:

1. Language switching.
2. Full-screen mode.
3. Notifications.
4. My Account: divided into “My Profile”, “Messages” and “Logout”.

By accessing My Profile, you can:

1. Modify gym logo: it will be the same logo that will be displayed on all SALTER CLOUD compatible machines.
   The image must be a PNG file of 900x208px maximum resolution (max. weight IMB).

2. Modify the access password

Club’s machines

All compatible equipment can be viewed, in addition to:

• View machines status: Errors,..
• Apply advanced search filters to facilitate the search.
• Edit product information:
  1. Location within the club
  2. Name of the machine
  3. Assign a color code

Add member

When a new member joins SALTER CLOUD:

• He/she will be eligible to be added as a gym member.
• He/she mustn’t be registered in another gym with the same email address, otherwise, he/she will not be shown as eligible.
• Once the member has provided the gym with the email address that has been used to register at SALTER CLOUD, use the search engine to search for him/her.
• If the email matches, it will be shown at the bottom. Then press the button on the right to link it to the gym.
• Once the member is linked, the club and the member will be able to communicate with messages, which they will see through notifications.
• Besides, the gym will be able to send promotions and announcements to all members.

Current members

• You can see here the gym’s all current members.
• You can filter members by name, surname, email or gender.
• In case the member leaves the club, he/she can be deleted.

Messenger

• The SALTER CLOUD system has an internal messaging system to communicate between members and the club and vice versa.
• To send a message, select the icon at the bottom right and compose the email. It will only be possible to send e-mails to registered members within SALTER CLOUD.
• The club may also use this tool to communicate directly with Salter.

Ad list

• The club can send announcements to its members which will be visible every time they access their profile at www.salter.cloud.
• In the lower part, you will be able to see the existing ads.
• To create a new advertisement, click on the upper right button “Actions”, or “New advertisement” and a window will open to be filled in.

The advertising image must meet the following requirements:

1. Maximum size: 1 mb
2. Format: jpg o.png
3. Minimum resolution: 800x240px.
