GET STARTED

HARNESS THE HEAT OF THE DESERT

1. Locate the battery pocket found on the right-hand side of the chair.

2. Attach the battery to the cable found inside the pocket, place the battery inside the pocket, then zip the pocket closed.

3. Press and hold the power button (on the garment) for 5 seconds or until the first orange bar lights up. Press the button once to switch through the different settings.
   NOTE: There is also a button on the battery. This is to

4. check the charge of the battery and

5. wake-up the power bank after it’s gone into power-saving mode (after two hours of inactivity)

BATTERY CARE

• Fully charge and discharge the battery every 3 – 6 months
• Only use Gobi Heat batteries with your product.
• Discontinue use if your battery becomes damaged, dropped, tampered with or otherwise compromised.
• When traveling with your battery, pack battery into carry-on luggage not checked luggage.
• Do not dispose of battery in trash. Please use proper recycling.

CAUTION! If you feel uncomfortable tingling heat or if the skin turns red, there is a risk of burns. Turn off the device immediately and stop use immediately. Read the safety information carefully before first use.

• Do not allow water to collect or pool on the chair. Chair should be completely dry before attaching battery and powering on.
• Heating elements should not be allowed to touch bare skin.
• Shut off power immediately if discomfort occurs.
• Do not allow the wires in the product to be pinched.
• Discontinue use of this product if it stops working correctly or heats inconsistently.
• Do not use pins on or around this jacket as they can cause damage to wiring.
• Remove the battery pack from the battery pocket before washing. Spot clean only
• Do not dry clean. Do not use dry-cleaning fluid on this item. Do not bleach. Cleaning solvents may have a detrimental effect on the insulation of the heating elements.
• Do not iron.
• Do not remove sewn-in labels. These carry important information.
• The device may interfere with other electronic devices such as pacemakers and more. Consult with your doctor before use.
• Do not use if you have impaired temperature sensitivity. Consult with your doctor before use.
• Keep the product out of the reach of children, as it contains small parts which could be easily swallowed.
• Always turn off the device and disconnect the batteries when it is not in use.
• This item should be serviced by a qualified repair person using only identical replacement parts.

YOUR 1 YEAR WARRANTY

Gobi Heat stands behind its products. Each of our products is warrantied to be free from defect of material and workmanship for one (1) year. This year is calculated from the date the product ships from Gobi Heat.
Our batteries are warrantied for ninety (90 days).

REGISTER PRODUCT / SUBMIT CLAIM
Go to to register or submit a claim. If you are experiencing issues with your product, please reach out to customer service at customerservice@gobiheat.com first.

This warranty is offered only to the original purchaser and is non- transferable. The purchaser is responsible for the cost of returning the product to Gobi Heat. After our examination determines the product is indeed defective, we will repair or replace said product and reimburse shipping costs (up to $15 USD). This warranty does not extend to damage resulting from repairs attempted by anyone other than Gobi Heat. Furthermore, the warranty does not apply if it is determined that the product has been altered, abused or used in a manner for which it is not intended.
