IMPORTANT SAFETY PRECAUTIONS

READ ALL INSTRUCTIONS BEFORE USING YOUR ELEPHANT.

  1. Do not use your elephant near water. Clean using a soft cloth or paper towel.
  2. Do not place your elephant on any wet surfaces.
  3. Do not allow children under age three to play with your elephant without adult supervision.
  4. Do not expose your elephant to excessive heat, flames or fire.
  5. Always press all buttons or switches carefully.
  6. Do not use in extremely dry environments, as this can lead to static discharge during usage.
  7. Do not expose your elephant to temperatures above 4o•c. Keep out of direct sunlight.
  8. Do not drop, puncture or expose your elephant to excessive trauma.
  9. Your elephant is not intended for commercial use.

REMOTE CONTROL

  • Voice command: Press the voice command button on the remote control. then you will hear a tone. Aim the remote at the elephant’s head and say the voice command to the remote control. After speech recognition. the elephant will make the requested action. After the elephant has completed one action, repeat the above steps to make the elephant do new tricks.
  • There are seven voice commands: “Sing a song” / “Stand at attention” I “Sit down”/ “Handstand”/ “Lean over”/ “Say hello”/ “Push-ups”.
  • NOTE: After entering the voice command mode, no other operation can be performed. Press the stop button to exit voice command mode. Best receiving range between remote control and elephant’s head is 3-5 metres. The effective range to speak to the remote control is less than or equal to 30cm. Remote-Control-Elephant-fig- \(4\)

INSERTING BATTERIES

Elephant

  1. Unscrew to open battery cover,
    connect the rechargeable battery pack with connector. The battery connector will only fit in one way. Do not force the connectors together.

  2. Replace battery cover.
    Attention: Remove rechargeable battery after you have finished using your product. Remote-Control-Elephant-fig- \(5\)

Remote control

  1. Unscrew to open battery cover, insert 2 X 1.5V AAA batteries.
  2. Replace battery cover.
    Attention: remove batteries after you have finished using your product. Remote-Control-Elephant-fig- \(6\)

LITHIUM BATTERY CHARGE INSTRUCTIONS

Attention: Do not charge battery immediately after each play, let the battery cool down for a while.

  1. Tum off the elephant.
  2. Unscrew to open the battery cover and separate the rechargeable battery pack from the connector.
  3. Connect the USS charging cable with rechargeable battery first. (The battery connector will only fit in one way. Do not force the connectors together), then plug the large end of USS cable into a 5Vd.c. 2A charger (not supplied) or USB port only.
    The LED light will light up when charging. When it has finished charging, the light turns off.

POWERING ON YOUR ELEPHANT

  • Once you have inserted batteries into your elephant and remote control, you can go ahead and power on your elephant.
  • To do so, press the ON/OFF button located underneath the elephant’s head.
  • When the elephant is not operational for 1 minute, it will make a sound and enter sleep mode.
  • When your elephant is in sleep mode, you can restart the ON/OFF button of the elephant to resume use. When you have finished playing with your elephant, turn off the elephant.
  • NOTE: When your elephant is running low on power, some of the functions will not be available. Once the battery are completely depleted. the elephant will make the alarm sound, replace the battery as soon as possible to continue use.

PLAY
Press the play button, the elephant will demonstrate a series of actions with sound.

PROGRAMMING YOUR ELEPHANT

Press the program button and your elephant will enter program mode. Once in program mode, you can press any buttons on the controller (except voice command, volume +/- button) to create a movement program. The elephant can be programmed with up to 50 actions. Press the program button again to have your elephant carry out the movement program that you created.
