Product Usage Instructions
- Set up your sewing machine by connecting the power cord and foot pedal.
- Thread the machine with the light colored thread and insert the appropriate foot for the desired stitch.
- Place the scrap fabric under the presser foot with the front side facing up.
- Select the stitch you want to practice (overcast stitch, blind hem, applique, alphabet) on your machine.
- Begin sewing slowly and steadily, guiding the fabric through the machine to create the desired stitch.
- Practice each stitch multiple times to become familiar with the machine’s capabilities.

- Sewing machine

- ALL of the feet that came with your machine

- Scrap of woven cotton fabric with obvious back and front side, about 12” x 12 – 18″ long

Usually we will practice an overcast stitch, blind hem, applique stitches, and
alphabet stitches if your machine has these stitches.
Please be courteous to the other students and the teacher by arriving 10
minutes before class starts, to set up your machine. Do not come to class if
you are not feeling well.
