Electroencephalography (EEG) sensor: A sensor that records the electrical activity of the brain by attaching two electrodes to the forehead.
Pulse (PPG) sensor: Photoplethysmography in which non-invasive light (LED) penetrates the skin tissue of the forehead to measure heart rate sensor

Charging

1. Insert the included cable into the charging port located on the lower right side of the device. Please connect.
2. Check whether the status indicator LED is blinking.

You can check the remaining battery capacity in the application.
To prevent the power from turning off while transmitting data to the application, please full charge.
We recommend using the cable included with the product.
Ultra-fast chargers are not supported.

How To Wear

1. Make sure the power button is facing up and to Iha right
2. Wear both brain wave sensors tightly against the forehead.
3. Wear the EEG sensor so that the reference electrode touches your ear.
4. If the device does not fit well on your forehead, use the included band to secure the product to your forehead.
5. When wearing Iha band, wear it loosely so that it is not too tight or too loose. please.
   

Measurement sensitivity may vary due to sweat or cosmetics, so make sure your forehead and sensor are dean and dry before wearing . Recordings may not be good due to water and sweat.

To dean the sensor, wipe it with a soft,dry, Wnt-free cloth (excluding abrasivas). Humidity and excessive moisture can cause staining and corrosion of the sensor.

Install And Run The App

Install mobile application and register product

Please download the Mindy application from Play Store (Android) or App store (iOS).

Android AOS: 10 or higher/ iOS: 13 or higher I Bluetooth: 4.2 or higher

1. Tum Bluetooth ‘ON’ in the smart device settings.

2. Sign up for membership in the application.

3. In the application ‘Menu> Device Settings> Device’ the device name Is displayed Select and connect
   The device name can be modified on the settings screen after registration.

4. Select ‘Register’ or ‘Allow’ the ‘Registration Request/Pairing Request’ on your smart device.
   *Registration/pairing operations may not be smooth depending on the type of smart device.

• To download content, we recommend using a Wi-Fi environment.
• If used in an environment outside the operating environment range, malfunction of the device or decrease in measurement accuracy may occur.
• When connecting the device to another smart device, click the device power button twice to delete the registration information before use.
• How to use the app in the user manual is subject to feature improvement and manufacturer’s policy. Subject to change without notice to users.

  What to do when device connection is poor

Method 1. If the connection is unstable depending on the device, double- click the power button to turn it on.
After deleting the registration information, restart the power.
Method 2. Find and unpair the paired device in the smart device’s Bluetooth settings.
Method 3. Turn off and then turn on the Bluetooth function of your smart device.
Method 4. Close and restart the user app.
Method 5. If the power does not turn off by the power button, press the Reset button (hole).

Device Storage Precautions

• Keep product and components clean and dry
• Remove the band from the device before cleaning
• Wipe with a soft, lint-free dry cloth (excluding abrasives) for the cleanliness of the sensor after use
• Do not wipe with a moist doth such as wet wipes. Also, do not use cleaning products, ultrasonic cleaning, or compressed air.
• Do not clean the device while charging.
• Avoid exposing products to perfumes, soaps, detergents, soapy water, lotions, sunscreens , oils, etc.
• Clean and dry the device, band, and skin after sweating.
• The color of the device, sensor, and band may change or fade over time.
• Do not use an external heating device (e.g., a hair dryer) to dry the device or band.
• Avoid exposure to direct sunlight as it may affect lithium polymer battery life. Avoid it and store it between 5 and 25°C
• When storing, keep in a dry place away from direct sunlight.
• Do not apply excessive force to the charging port or pull it out.
• Do not forcefully bend the charging cable or subject it to shock.
• Do not place the product in places where there is a risk of overheating, such as on heated floors or electric blankets.
• Do not store the product on beds, pillows, or sofas.
• When the plug is inserted into the USB-C charging terminal, be careful not to apply shock or pressure to the connection area.
• Do not leave it in a fire or high temperature and humidity environment for a long time, and do not p, it in a cooking area such as a microwave or oven.
