COL8100 Series 5G LTE Cellular Antennas

Thank you for purchasing this RFI Antenna. The CD8200 & COL8100 Series antennas are specifically designed to provide maximum range and performance in all 5G LTE cellular bands including 698-960, 1710-2170, 2300-2700 & 3400- 3800 MHz.

Please check to ensure your antenna includes the following:

CD8200 Series COL8100 Series

1 x Complete CD8200 Series antenna with ½” 26TPI threaded stud & nut including cable/connector as follows:
• CD8294: 2.5m RG58 cable terminated with SMA male connector
• CD8295: 5m RG58 cable terminated with SMA male connector| 1 x Complete COL8100 Series antenna with stainless steel mounting tube, 2 x stainless steel hose clamps, 10m RG58 low loss cable terminated with SMA male connector.

Installation:

CD8200 Series

  • The antenna is designed to be mounted vertically on a stationary object using the 1/2” 26TPI thread stud and nut, via a
    13-16mm mounting hole.

COL8100 Series

  • The antenna is designed to be mount vertically on a support structure using the two supplied stainless steel hose clamps, which have an adjustment of 27-51mm and should only be fitted over the mounting tube section.
  • Typical support structures would be a fascia mounted hockey stick shaped pole or any other vertical pipe/pole.

And

  • When choosing a mounting location, try to ensure that the whole antenna (in particular, the fibreglass whip section itself) is as high as possible and as far away as practical from metallic obstructions (roof racks or vehicle pillars).  This will minimise reflection or shadowing of the signal.
  • This antenna has been factory terminated with an SMA male connector to simplify installation and comes complete with RG58 cable. In most cases no further cable termination should be required.
