WELLORA BR07 Sturdy Bed Rails for Elderly Adults Safety
Bestlife Company Pty. Ltd. (trading as “Wellora Health”) provides the following warranty terms:
Limited Warranty
- Wellora Health warrants to the original purchaser that the Product will be free from material defects in material or workmanship for a period of 10 years from the date of purchase.
- This limited warranty is valid only when the Product is used within its specifications and is non-transferable, applying exclusively to the original purchaser. The warranty does not extent to non-durable components, such as rubber accessories, casters, grips, pockets and LED lights which are subject to normal wear and need periodic replacement.
- In the event of a warranty claim, the original purchaser must, during the warranty period, notify Wellora Health in writing of the alleged defect in workmanship or material and must return the Product, along with proof of purchase, to Wellora Health. All shipping costs for the return must be covered by the original purchaser, as Wellora Health will not reimburse or cover any shipping charges.
- If Wellora Health determines, at its sole discretion, that there is a material defect in material or workmanship of the Product, Wellora Health will replace the Product and ship a replacement product to the original purchaser.
Exclusions from the Limited Warranty
This Limited Warranty does NOT apply to any Product:
- Damaged during shipment.
- Damaged due to unauthorized attachments, alterations, or modifications.
- Damaged due to the failure to install the product in accordance with the instructions provided by Wellora Health.
- Damaged by the use of the Product for purposes other than those for which the Product was designed or intended.
- Damaged due to abuse, misuse, mishandling, neglect, misapplication, accident, or abnormal use or storage.
Wellora makes no warranties other than those expressly set forth herein. All other warranties, whether express or implied, including (i) implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, or (ii) implied warranties arising from any course of dealing, usage of trade, advertising, or performance of products to standards specific to the country of import, are hereby expressly disclaimed.

Entire Limited Warranty
This limited warranty constitutes the full and complete statement of Wellora Health’s limited warranty for the Product. It supersedes all other statements and cannot be modified by any oral or other written statement. -
Exclusive Remedy
The exclusive remedy for the breach of this limited warranty is to return the Product for the replacement of the nonconforming Product. -
Limitation of Liability
Under no circumstances shall Bestlife Company Pty. Ltd. be liable for any special, incidental, exemplary, punitive, consequential damages, or other damages, based on the breach of this limited warranty, breach of contract, or strict liability.

Please be advised that this product should not be used on beds that may create a gap between the top of the mattress and the bottom rail of the product. Beds that can potentially cause issues with gapping include, but are not restricted to, waterbeds, lightweight foam, air, soft pillow-top mattresses, or other exceedingly soft mattresses. It is essential to thoroughly review all specifications and instructions before commencing the installation process. This product must be installed in accordance with the enclosed ENTRAPMENT PREVENTION GUIDELINES.

Individuals who have Alzheimer’s disease, dementia, or other neurological conditions, as well as those who are sedated, confused, or physically frail, are at a heightened risk of entrapment, suffocation, and strangulation.

Under no circumstances should this product be used unless it is securely positioned against the mattress, without any gaps, and at a minimum distance of 12 ½″ (32cm) from both the headboard and footboard.

Avoid using this product on toddler beds, bunk beds, water beds, inflatable beds, or on beds with mattress toppers or soft, compressible pads.
