Installation Instructions

Warranty

• This light fitting is covered by a 12 month warranty. Please retain proof of purchase.
• Warranty will be void if there is any damage due to improper usage or modification to the fitting.

Installation requirements

• Do not exceed the maximum wattage rating.
• Select a suitable flat and stable surface location for installation;

Installation directions

1.  Remove all packaging material from the product.

2. Attach the main stem onto the base first, by screwing the base and stem together.

3. Remove the lamp holder ring from the lamp holder.

4.  Place the shade through the lamp holder via the ring in the middle of the shade frame and secure shade with the lamp holder ring.

5. The height of the portable lamp can be adjusted by releasing the locking screw and raising or lowering the telescopic stem. Tighten the locking nut after completing adjustments.
   Note: Height adjustable for SKU# 260898 only.
   Note: Be careful not to force the arms as this may damage the telescopic stem. (Not covered by warranty).

6. Install a globe (globe sold separately) into the lamp holder. Do not exceed the maximum wattage rating.

7. Insert the plug into the socket outlet and ensure it is fully plugged in.

8. Turn power on at the socket outlet.

9. Use the cord line switch to turn the lamp ON/OFF.

Safety tips

• Always ensure the power is OFF and the fitting has cooled down before performing any maintenance, cleaning, changing the globe or adjustment to the fitting.
• Do not allow Children to play with this portable lamp.
• Do not touch the globe with bare hands. Use a clean cloth, gloves or a tissue.
• To avoid injury or damage to the fitting, ensure that power leads and screws are secure before connecting the power.
• Select a suitable location away from liquids and hazards.
• Ensure that the fitting does not come in contact with corrosive chemicals, etc.
• To clean, wipe with a damp clean cloth. Never soak the fitting with water.
