READ BEFORE INSTALLATION

The components and· wiring should not be installed on or around any moving parts, keep away from ignition parts, fuel lines, engine or any hot exhaust.
Speakers should not be installed· where they might inhibit safety features on the vehicle such as lights, horns, brake levers.
Always test the speakers/amplifier prior to installation. Connect to the battery and play the music at least 3-minute to ensure the product is fully functional.
Splash, water and dust resistance are not permanent conditions and resistance might decrease due to normal wear.
To avoid battery draining, disconnect the speaker from the. battery if the motorcycle/ A TV is planned non-operation for more than 15 days.
Engine-, pipe and wind noise will overpower any speakers once it reaches certain speeds, it is physics and unavoidable.
Please connect to a correct power supply (DC 12V), make sure the power cable is correctly connected to the battery.
Cutting rubber insert may be required for certain bar sizes.

INSTALLATION

Amplifier Installation:
This amplifier is not waterproof. It is required to install in a shaded area to avoid rains and direct sunlight.
Wiring:

1 Connect the speakers to 4 5 6 7 .
2 Connect the antenna to 1 BT(Bluetooth) or 2AT(Radio ).
3 Connect the wired control to 3·
4 Plug in the power cord to the 8 DC power input and then connect to a 12V battery. (Positive: Red, Negative: Black)

Mounting the Speakers

Attach the mounting clamp to the speaker bottom using (4) M3x8 mm screws.
Fill the rubber inserted then put the other half of the clamp together using (2) M5x25mm screws.
Put the split lock and MS nut at the rear and tighten it.

WIRED CONTROL OPERATIONS

Power On/off – Long Press Mode Change – Single Click
Volume Down – Single Click
Volume Up – Single Click
Last Song – Single Click
Next Song – Single Click
Play/Pause- – Single Click
Search Stations (FM Mode) – Long Press

FM Radio:

Press ”Mode” button to switch the unit in FM mode.
Long press ”Play/Pause”· button to start auto-scanning.
Short press ”Last” or ”Next” button to select a storage radio station manually.

Bluetooth:

Press ”Mode” button to switch the unit in BT mode (The unit will enter into BT mode in default upon turning on).
Enable Bluetooth function on your smartphone.
Search for Bluetooth device named ”GOHAWK” and pair it.

USS / SD Card:
Insert a USB/SD device and the unit will start play automatically.

TROUBLESHOOTING

The unit is not turning on:

Make sure the wired control is plugged into the correct jack (There are two 3.Smmjacks, one for Remote one for AUX)
Inspect the inline fuse, replace it if blown.
Check if the battery is in good condition, the unit required at least 12V SA to operate.
Try to long-press the ”MODE” button on the amplifier unit instead of the wired control. If it turns on, contact us to replace the control.

Volume is not loud enough:

Compare- between speakers to identify if one- of them is blown.
Adjust the speaker’s direction toward the driver’s position.
Turn on the volume all the way up on BOTH stereo unit AND music device (such as smartphone and mp3 player)
Check if your battery has at least 12V after startup the engine.

Radio is static or no station is found:

Antenna must be connected to the jack labeled ”FM”.
Reset the- radio stations by long-press the ”Play” button.

The mounting clamp does not fit:
