Product Usage Instructions

  1. Ensure that the machine is installed according to the U.S. installation guidelines mentioned in the user manual.
  2. For the water supply, connect a 3/8 male compression cold water supply line to the machine.
  3. If using a water filter, ensure it is installed as required (not provided).
  4. The maximum recommended distance from the water supply to the machine is 4′ for a 3/8 compression cold water supply line or 8′ for a 3/8 BSPP cold water supply line.
  5. If using an external pump for drainage, connect a 3/4 flexible drain line to the machine with a minimum slope of 1/4 per foot.
  6. Ensure there is a floor drain available for proper drainage.
  7. For electrical supply, connect a 110V, 15amp supply to the grinder and a 208-240V single-phase supply to the espresso machine (plug not provided).
  8. Refer to the top view diagram for the positioning of the machine, power cord, drain tube, water inlet hose, and leg width.
  9. Refer to the front view diagram for the suggested cold water supply, water filter requirement, pump and motor location, the electrical supply to the motor, drain line, floor drain, and electrical supply to the grinder.
  10. Contact La Marzocco for a free water test kit to ensure the water quality meets the recommended specifications.
