PLEASE READ THIS MANUAL CAREFULLY BEFORE USE AND KEEP IT FOR FUTURE USE.
- When picking a place for the Solar Fountain, CHOOSE A LOCATION WITH MAXIMUM SUN EXPOSURE DURING THE DAY. This will ensure a proper charge.
- Avoid areas under trees or bushes as this will prevent a proper charge of the Solar Fountain.
- Do not place the Solar Fountain near an existing outdoor light. The built-in sensor will prevent it from turning the lights on. Please keep the solar panel at least 5 ft away from the light.
- When using the Solar Fountain on cloudy days, please note that the batteries might not charge fully. This may affect the amount of time the Solar Fountain will be on.
- Keep the surface of the solar panel clean to ensure proper solar charge.
- Change the water frequently to avoid any dirt or debris to impede the pump function.
- Water should at least 2 inches (5cm) deep and clean.
- Do not use Solar Fountain in water with temperate above 104°F (40°C).
- Do not use the Solar Fountain in dirty or corrosive water.
- Do not disassemble the Solar Fountain except for removing and cleaning the pump.
ASSEMBLY
Solar Fountain can be configured for different water flow styles.
USAGE

BEFORE FIRST USE
Place the Solar Fountain unit with the solar panel facing up under full sunlight for at least 6 hours (without water). This will allow for the battery to fully charge prior to placing the unit in water. -
SELECT MODE
- Once you have selected and assembled the Solar Fountain, choose the desired mode. Move the switch located on the bottom of the unit to either AUTO or NIGHT position.
- Auto Mode : Fountain works any time but LEDs only light up when it’s dark.
- Night Mode: Fountain and LEDs only work when it is dark.

PLACE IN WATER
- Place the Solar Fountain in clean water that is at least 2 inches deep.
- If using in shallow water, you use the suction cups to attach the unit to the surface.
- When in Auto Mode, as soon as the motor makes contact with the water, the fountain will start shooting water upwards.
- When in Night Mode, the unit (water and lights) will not operate until it is dark.
- If the Solar Fountain stopped working, check to make sure there is sufficient clean water available and there is no blockage. Please refer to Cleaning instructions on the next page.
- If the Solar Fountain is still not working after it has been cleaned, remove the unit from water and place it with a solar panel facing up under full sunlight for at least 6 hours.
CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE
IMPORTANT: Regular cleaning of the pump will increase the life of Solar Fountain. Follow the steps below to clean the pump.
- Remove the pump cover.
- Remove the impeller cap by placing your finger under the small lip.
- Remove the impeller.
- Clean all of the parts under running water.
- Assemble the parts back.
