Luminite NX-FFA Fire First Aid Alert

Alertex Fire/First-Aid Alert

The Alertex Fire & First-Aid call-point is a battery-powered, wireless critical alert unit. It is fully portable and simple to install. When activated, the unit boasts up to 10 watts of high-quality audio annunciation, paired with bright strobing LEDs.

When the Fire button is pressed, all units on site will play selected audio, and a primary unit will identify which was activated. When the First Aid button is pressed, only the activated unit and the master will sound, however, all units on the same site can repeat the wireless signal. When the alert is cancelled, a new message, such as an ‘all-clear’, will play

Up to 64 Alertex units can be used per site, with a wireless transmission range of up to 1km between units. Each unit can act as a repeater, which helps ensure that event the most challenging sites are covered. Energy efficient design facilitates battery life up to two years with accurate low battery warning.

A typical Alertex system comprises of a designated primary unit and several subordinate units. The primary unit can reset the system post-activation, and initiate site-wide tests. When used with an Alertex IP Bridge, the system can be locally monitored and controlled, or integrated with third-party monitoring platforms such as Webeye. The Alertex portal also enables email alerts, text alerts (requires Twilio accounts), silent testing, and battery status notifications.
