Product Usage Instructions
Installation:
- Stand on the gear tunnel door or in the truck bed.
- Insert one end of the small slat into one rear corner.
- Slide the opposite corner back into the other side’s rail.
- Ensure the panels fit snugly and insert them as straight as possible.
- If needed, gently tap to encourage them to slide in.
- No need to lubricate rails, but it can be done if desired.
Usage:
- Ensure the tailgate is closed while driving with the tonneau cover installed.
- The cover does not take up much room and can remain installed at all times.

Thank you for your purchase, and congratulations on finally having a tonneau
cover for your R1T!
To install, we recommend standing on the gear tunnel door or in the truck bed
and inserting one end of the small slat into one rear corner then sliding the
opposite corner back into the other side’s rail. This piece can stay installed
all the time, as it doesn’t take up very much room.
Place the curved end of the long Velcro strap on the center Velcro rectangle of the next panel, slide the panel into the rail, Velcro side down. Continue with the remaining panels, in the order shown in the diagram to the left,adhering the strap the to center Velcro on each panel as you place it in the bed rail. The tongue of each panel will fit into the groove of the next panel inserted. The large panel with the gasket sits last, against the tailgate. If you have any trouble with the remaining panels sliding in all the way, try pushing them to one side or the other to align the tongue and groove.
When first installed the panels should fit snuggly. Make sure to insert them
as straight as possible, and give a gentle tap if they need a little
encouragement to slide in. You do not need to lubricate rails, but it won’t
hurt anything if you see fit to do so.
