- If any parts are missing, please contact sales@range-industries.com for assistance.
- Refer to the list of all parts provided in the user manual.
Assembly
- Before assembly, remove the temporary shipping plates on each end. Reuse the (8X) 1/4-20 X 5/8 Bolts for the base assembly.
- If you are selecting the passenger-side orientation, refer to the reference photos provided.
Vehicle Mount Assembly
Start by removing the plastic covers on the gear tunnel opening. Place the tunnel mount and cover on top of the vehicle’s mount with the threaded holes. Install and tighten the supplied M6 bolts in the two inner holes, through both the panel and mount.
Slide Install
It is highly recommended to have two people for this step. Install the slide assembly through the gear tunnel, using a piece of cardboard placed in the tunnel to help slide across. Once installed, position the slide assembly so that the mounting brackets line up with the tunnel mount holes. Install the supplied 8X 1/4-20 bolts and tighten them. If necessary, loosen the M6 bolts on the tunnel mount to align the slide bracket bolts with the tunnel mount.
Bolt Check
- After driving with the rack installed for 25 miles, re-check all hardware to ensure that none of the bolts have loosened.
- Tighten any loose bolts as necessary.

Base Assembly
Begin by placing the base assembly on a sturdy work surface, such as a large table or saw horses. Determine what side you want the slide to eject from, driver or passenger. The yellow latches will be on the side that slides out. First, install the front and rear panels by loosening the bolts from the t-nuts on the panel edge so that they will be able to slide onto the top rail slot on the base assembly. Slide panels until centered on top rail, snug bolts but do not fully tighten until instructed. Driver-side orientation is shown in photos.
Next, install the end caps on both ends using the supplied ¼”-20 bolts, each cap uses 5X bolts. The end cap with the cut-out is to be installed on the end with the yellow latches. Once all bolts have been installed, go back and fully tighten all 20 bolts on the panels and end caps. Driver-side orientation is shown in photos.
- If selecting passenger side orientation, see the reference photos below.
