Tools needed
- Rubber Mallet
Installation
- Select a site with a level ground drainage. The door and roof function best when the shed is level.
- Please check that you have all the parts. Names are moulded into all parts.
- Slide the two back pieces together.
- Bend the two sides to form a 90° angle with the back.
- With the moulded word “floor” facing up, slide the floor into place between the sides. You may need a rubber mallet to tap the floor into place.
- To install the left door, align the hole in the top of the door with a pin on the side wall. Rotate the door and snap a pin on the bottom of the door into the hole in the floor.
- Repeat with the other side.
- Slip the roof support rod into the guide formed in the right panel.
- Slide the back of the roof onto the pivot point on the back.
Care & Use
- Periodically inspect the shed to ensure proper assembly is maintained and the site remains level.
- Clean the shed using a garden hose or wash it with mild detergent and water. Do not clean with a stiff or abrasive cleaner.
- The shed can be secured to any immovable object by drilling through four moulded recessed areas in the back panel.
- The shed can also be secured by drilling through four-floor locations and inserting stakes into the ground.
- Wear safety glasses and follow the manufacturer’s instructions when using power fools.
WARNING : DO NOT STORE HOT YARD EQUIPMENT, GRILLS OR OTHER HOT MATERIALS IN THE SHED.
Shelf & Perfboard Additions
A shelf can be easily added, if desired, by using standard 3/4″ (1.9cm) thick
lumber cut to fit into the moulded shelf brackets. Clipped corners of the
shelf should be facing the back. Insert the left end of the shelf first, then
push the rest of the shelf into place. See the diagram for shelf dimensions.
For best results, use weather-resistant materials.
