Rubbermaid L8-5E16-P0 Vertical Ball Rack
Product Information
The Vertical Ball Rack is equipment designed to store balls in a vertical position. The rack comes with side panels, top and bottom rings, bands, screws, anchors, and anchor keys. The assembly requires a few tools such as screws, a gripper, a gripper key, and a hammer.

- Stud Finder
Product Usage Instructions
- Locate the wall stud using a stud finder.
- Level the item and mark the mounting holes on the wall.
- If the rack is not on a stud, drill a 3/8 hole and insert a wall anchor.
- Pre-drill 1/8 holes using the provided screws and secure the item to the stud.
- Assemble the gripper onto the top ring, making sure to face the back of the gripper towards the outside of the ring.
- Align cutouts in wire with a gripper slot and insert the key into the gripper.
- Use a hammer and tap the slug in evenly until it appears flush with the back of the gripper.
- Assemble three side panels using the provided screws to the bottom ring. Make sure the side panel’s center support with a hole is closest to the bottom ring.
- Assemble the top ring to all three side panels. Make sure to keep band holders towards the front of the ball rack on both the top and bottom rings.
- Assemble bands into the band holders on top and bottom rings as shown.
- Secure screw in center support of side panel.

ASSEMBLING BALL RACK**
A. Assemble gripper onto top ring. Make sure to face back of gripper
towards the outside of the ring.
B. Align cut outs in wire with gripper slot.
B1. Insert key into gripper.
B2. Use a hammer and tap slug in evenly until it appears flush with back
of gripper.
C. Assemble 3 side panels using the provided screws to the bottom ring.
( Note : make sure the side panel’s center support with hole is closest to
the bottom ring.)
C1.Assemble top ring to all three side panels.
( Note: make sure to keep band holders towards the front of the ball rack
on both top and bottom rings.)
D. Assemble bands into the band holders on top and bottom rings as shown.
RAIL MOUNT
E. Attach Ball Rack to FastTrack® Rail.
F. Level the Ball Rack and mark the hole in center support of side panel.
G. If the rack is not on a stud, drill a 3/8″ hole and insert a wall
anchor.
H. Secure screw in center support of side panel.
DIRECT WALL MOUNT (Option)
REQUIRED TOOLS
Ball Rack can be attached to FastTrack® rail or direct mounted to wall studs
- Locate wall stud
- Level item
- Mark mounting holes
- Pre-drill 1/8″ holes
- Secure item to stud
