INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS WARNING

To prevent the risk of injury or fatal harm, ensure that hands, feet, and body are kept away from underneath the jack and trailer.
PRIOR TO INSTALLATION, CHECK AND MATCH THE LIFT CAPACITY OF THE JACK WITH YOUR TRAILER TO ENSURE SAFE OPERATION.

  1. Park the trailer on a level surface and block the trailer tires.
  2.  Support the trailer tongue by the frame with jack stands.
  3. Insert the electric jack into the jack hole, aligning the bolt holes so the motor housing is facing forward as shown in Fig 1.
  4.  Attach the jack using three bolts (grade 5, 3/8″-16 UNC bolts with washers and nuts or 3/8″-16 self-tapping bolts are recommended). Place the star washers between the flat washers and mounting plate as shown in Fig 1. and ensure the star washer pierces through the paint.
  5. Bolts should be tightened to 15-20 ft-Ib. If a lower support plate is not already present, install one in the bottom of the trailer frame. Warning: Do not operate the jack without a lower support plate.
  6. Attach foot with 3/8″ safety lock pin.Be sure to insert pin through the complete assembly closing safety.
  7. Connect the jack wire(black) to the positive of the battery. Since the jack is internally grounded, a ground wire is not necessary.

TROUBLESHOOTING

CAUSE SOLUTION
Poor Ground Clean the space between the jack mounting plate and A-frame, and

ensure the star washer penetrates through the paint. It is essential to have direct metal-to-metal contact between mounting components to ensure proper electrical contact.
No or Low Voltage| Inspect battery and electrical connections. Ensure a minimum power supply of 10V DC. If the battery is low, connect the trailer cable to the tow vehicle and start the vehicle to supply power to the jack.
