Troubleshooting steps

“Dehumidifying less, not working” – is because: the dehumidifying effect is influenced by many factors such as ambient humidity, temperature, size of space, air circulation (doors and windows closed or not), air inlet and outlet being blocked, etc.
Temperature: If the temperature is too low, the temperature difference between the condensing plate and the air is small, and the effect of condensing into water is reduced, resulting in a poor dehumidification effect.
Humidity: the higher the humidity, the better the dehumidification effect.
Space size: Our dehumidifiers use semiconductor technology and are only suitable for small spaces, if you use a large space, the dehumidifying effect may become worse.
Air circulation: If the doors and windows are open, the air is circulated inside and outside, and the dehumidifier is working while outside air is coming in, the short time of dehumidification cannot keep up with the speed of air circulation, but also leads to an increase in humidity. Therefore, it is recommended to use the dehumidifier in a small, closed space for better results.
Inlet and outlet are blocked: If the inlet and outlet are blocked, it will reduce the contact surface with the air, which will make the customer feel that the dehumidification effect is poor and the dehumidification is less because there is less air in the operation, not because there is a problem with the machine. -
“Sparks, smells, tripping, blown fuses.” – (1) the product in the high temperature and high humidity environment for a long time, LF6 inductor coil has the chance to abnormal; (2) there may be violent transport, resulting in parts loose disordering burned, can not work properly; (3) or the voltage is too high, resulting in a short circuit in the line, so can not work properly.

“There is noise…” – (1) The fan is noisy when the product is working in strong mode; (2) The fan scrapes against foreign objects and produces a strange noise

“The button does not work.” – (1) The electronic board parts may be damaged due to violent transportation; (2) The product is not sensitive due to water entering during dehumidification.
