Product Usage Instructions

2. Activating the Watch:

Follow the instructions in the manual to activate the watch. Once activated, it is ready to use.

3. Xplora App:

Download the Xplora app from the designated app store for additional features and support.

4. Power / Home / SOS Button:

• Press and hold for 3 seconds to turn on the watch.
• Short press to return to the home screen.
• Press and hold for 5 seconds to initiate SOS in case of emergency.

5. Charging the Watch:

• Use only Xplora authorized magnetic charging cable.
• Connect the magnetic charger correctly.
• Charge the watch for more than 15 minutes before initial use.
• Use a USB power adapter with an output of at least 5.0V 0.55A.

6. Correct Disposal of the Product:

Follow proper disposal guidelines for Waste Electrical & Electronic Equipment to protect the environment.

• Q: What should I do if the watch is not working?
  • A: If the watch is unresponsive, press and hold the Power Button for more than 10 seconds to perform a forced reboot.
• Q: Can I replace the battery myself?
  • A: The battery is non-user-replaceable. Do not attempt to remove or replace it yourself. Contact customer support for battery-related issues.

HOW TO ACTIVATE

Here are the 3 key steps to get your Kidzi up and running

1. Set up your SIM plan
   • Go to https://start.xplora.com/kidzi
   • Select desired SIM plan.
   • Complete the order and wait for the confirmation e-mail.
2. Download the Xplora App to your phone
   • Available on Google Play and App Store.
   • Signup and login to your Xplora account.
3. Activate your Kidzi watch
4. Select Add New Device in the Xplora app.
5. Scan the QR code available on your Kidzi watch.
6. Enter the phone number as received in step 1, followed by the preferred device name.
7. The watch is now activated and is ready to use
