X5 Play SIM card activation:
If your X5 Play watch comes with a preinstalled or bundle SIM card, please
visit at https://activate.myxplora.com for further instructions to activate
your SIM card.
IMPORTANT: If you choose to use your own SIM card, you must remove the
PIN code from the SIM card before use.

X5 Play SIM card specification
Watch Button
Power / Home / SOS Button
- Press and hold for 10 sec to turn it on.
- Short press to return the home menu.
- Press and hold for 5 sec to initiate SOS.
NOTE: If the watch is not working, press the Power Button for more than 15 sec to perform a force reboot.
Charging the Watch
- Use only Xplora authorised magnetic charging cable.
- Connect the magnetic charger as shown below.
- Charge the watch for more than 15 minutes from empty before use.

The Xplora App is available in the Apple App store and Google Play store.
Search ”Xplora” to find the App.
NOTE: Please ensure that you download the correct app for your XPLORA
watch.
Activation procedure for X5 Play
- Ensure the SIM has sufficient voice and data allowance.
- If necessary, charge the watch.
- Open Xplora App and create your guardian account if using for the first time.
- From the watch, click “QR code” menu in Setting menu.
- From the App, scan the QR code shown on the watch screen.
- Provide your child’s profile information as well as the phone number of the watch.
- Follow the instructions to complete the activation on the App.

Electromagnetic Compatibility Regulations 2016.
It complies with the RF standards when used next to mouth at distance of 10mm
and properly worn on the body. The highest SAR value reported for this device
type when tested next to the mouth is 1.188W/kg (legal limit: 2.0W/kg (10g))
and when properly worn on the body is 2.359W/kg (legal limit: 4.0W/kg (10g)).

The highest SAR value reported under this standard during product
certification for use at the mouth is 1.249 W/kg (legal limit: 1.6W/kg (1g))
and when properly worn on the body is 1.077W/kg (legal limit: 4.0W/kg (10g)).
Both devices were tested for typical body-worn operations with the back of the
handset kept 0mm from the body. To maintain compliance with FCC RF exposure
requirements, use accessories that maintain a 0mm separation distance between
the user’s body and the back of the handset.
The use of belt clips, holsters and similar accessories should not contain
metallic components in its assembly. The use of accessories that do not
satisfy these requirements may not comply with FCC RF exposure requirements
and should be avoided.
