Product Usage Instructions

Step 1: Set up your SIM plan
If your watch comes with an Xplora Connect SIM card inside, you need to set up your SIM plan. Follow the instructions provided in the detailed user guide or contact customer support for assistance. -
Step 2: Download the Xplora App
Download the Xplora App on your smartphone. The app allows you to connect and manage your X6Play watch. Visit your smartphone’s app store and search for “Xplora App” to download and install it. -
Step 3: Activate your X6Play
After setting up your SIM plan and downloading the Xplora App, follow the activation process to activate your X6Play watch. Detailed instructions can be found in the user guide or by scanning the QR code provided in the manual.

- For your safety, you must not attempt to remove the battery and do not expose the device to physical impact or damage.
- Some places (i.e. hospital, aircraft, blasting areas, explosive atmosphere but not limited to) may restrict or prohibit the use of mobile device. Please follow the rules and regulations regarding the use of device.
- To avoid interference with a pacemaker or an implanted device, make sure to keep your watch at least 15cm (6 in) away from it. Additionally, it’s advisable to consult with your doctor or the manufacturer of the medical device for specific instructions on how to operate your watch without causing any harm or disruption.
- Use manufacturer-approved chargers, accessories, and supplies.
- Water resistance isn’t a permanent condition and may diminish over time. We recommend not exposing the watch to any chemicals such as soaps, shampoos, sunscreen oil, conditioners, lotions, and perfume. In addition, the following may affect the water resistance:
- Impacting the watch (i.e. dropping)
- Showering with high-velocity water
- Any type of acidic foods
- Hot humid places (i.e. sauna)

Xplora Technologies AS hereby declares that this Xplora smartwatch phone for kids (Model name: X6Play) satisfies all the technical regulations applicable to the product within the scope of UK Radio Equipment Regulations 2017, UK Electrical Equipment (Safety) Regulations 2016, and UK Electromagnetic Compatibility Regulations 2016.
This device was tested for typical wrist-worn operations with the back of the kid watch kept 0mm from the wrist and 5mm from face. The highest SAR value reported for this device type when tested next to the mouth is 1.491W/kg ( legal limit : 2.0W/kg (10g)) and when properly worn on the wrist is 1.357W/kg (legal limit: 4.0W/kg (10g)).
Although the front face SAR value is within the legal limit, it is recommended to maintain a minimum distance of 5mm to 15mm between the mobile device and the face.
