SAFETY PRECAUTIONS
The following requirements should be strictly observed to avoid situations hazardous to human life and health, as well as premature failures of the appliance:
- Carefully read the present manual before operating the appliance.
- Retain the present manual, cash voucher, and appliance packaging. If lost, the manual cannot be renewed and the warranty on the appliance becomes void. Use the appliance only for its intended purpose.
- Do not place the appliance near heat sources, do not expose it to direct sunlight and moisture (do not submerge in water and other liquids). Do not touch the appliance with wet hands.
- In case of ingress of moisture or leakage from the appliance, immediately disconnect it from the power supply.
- Do not install the appliance on soft, uneven, unstable surfaces. Do not cover the appliance.
- Always disconnect the appliance from the power supply after use and before cleaning. When disconnecting the appliance from the power socket grab and pull the plug, not the cable.
- If the power cable is damaged, to avoid dangerous situations, have it replaced by the Manufacturer, a maintenance service, or similarly skilled personnel?
- Do not leave the appliance unattended. Ensure that the power cord is routed out of reach of children.
- The appliance should not be used by physically, sensory, or mentally handicapped persons (including children) or by persons without sufficient experience or knowledge, unless such persons are under supervision, or have been instructed on the use of the appliance, by the persons responsible for their safety. - Regularly check the appliance and its power cable for damage. Operating a damaged appliance is not allowed.

- In case of unskilled intervention into the appliance or non-observance of the operating requirements listed in the present manual, the warranty becomes void.
- Connect the appliance only to power grid sockets equipped with earthing contacts, and use only two-pole extension cables with a 10A rating and an earthing conductor.
- Do not use multiple high-power appliances simultaneously – this may lead to malfunctions in residential power supply systems.
- The appliance should only be disassembled after the motor has come to a complete stop.
- Do not use the appliance if:
- the power cord is damaged;
- the appliance has visible damage;
- the appliance has been dropped from height;
- the appliance has been exposed to moisture.
- Ensure the appliance is turned off when not in use!
- Do not operate the appliance at temperatures below 0 °С and above 35 °С. If the appliance has been exposed to temperatures below 0 °С for a prolonged time, place it in a heated environment for at least 3 hours before turning it on.
- Pull the plug from the power socket if:
- the appliance does not work correctly (unusual noise, vibration, etc.);
- before disassembly/reassembly;
- after each use.
- Disconnect the appliance from the power supply if You have to leave it unattended for even a short time.
- Packaging materials can be potentially dangerous to children and should be stored in a specially designated location.

OPERATING PROCEDURE
PREPARATION
- Before connecting the appliance to the power supply ensure that the power grid voltage corresponds to that indicated on the appliance.
- Remove all packaging materials. Clean the attachment (see MAINTENANCE Section).
HAND-HELD BLENDER
The blender is designed for mixing liquids (e.g. dairy foods, sauces, fruit juices, soups, drinks, and cocktails) and soft ingredients (e.g. purees, baby food ingredients, etc.).
- Install the blender attachment and connect the appliance to the power supply.
- Fully submerge the cutting disc guard into the glass.
- Press the main mode button or the TURBO button to turn the appliance on.
- Slowly move the appliance up and down and in circles to uniformly blend all ingredients.
CHOPPER
- The chopper is designed for chopping meat, cheese, onions, herbs, garlic, carrots, walnuts, hazelnuts, almonds, etc. Use the TURBO button to chop hard foods.
- Do not try to chop overly hard materials such as nutmeg, coffee beans, or cereals.
Before using the chopper:
- Cut the food into small pieces.
- Remove stalks from herbs and the shells from nuts.
- Remove bones, sinews, and gristle from meat.
- Install the blade in the chopper bowl center mount and fix it in place.
- Place the ingredients (max. 250 g) in the bowl.
- Install the chopper lid.
- Insert the blender housing into the coupling and ensure that it is properly engaged.
- Press the TURBO mode button to activate the unit.
- After use, press the attachment release button to disconnect the blender unit from the chopper bowl.
- Turn the lid counterclockwise to disconnect it and lift it.
- Remove the blade by gently turning and lifting it.
USING THE WHISK ATTACHMENT
Use the whisk attachment only for whipping cream, making sponge dough, or mixing ready-made desserts.
- Insert the whisk attachment into the device body.
- Connect the appliance to the mains.
- Put the ingredients in a bowl (for best results, use a large and deep bowl).
- Immerse the whisk completely in the whipped product. To avoid splashing, start the whipping at a slow speed.
- ATTENTION! Before assembling, make sure that the plug of the power cord is not plugged into an outlet.
- ATTENTION! It is forbidden to use a whisk for kneading a steep (tightly kneaded) dough. The products are placed in the container before the device is turned on. Do not overfill the mixing container.
MAINTENANCE
- Disconnect the appliance from the mains before cleaning it.
- Carefully remove all attachments.
- Use a slightly damp cloth to wipe the motor and gear units of the blender, then wipe them dry.
- After processing salty and sour foods immediately rinse the used attachments with water.
- When processing highly staining foods (e.g. carrots or beets) the attachments and vessels may become stained; wipe them with fabric dampened in vegetable oil, then rinse with water.
- Wash the attachments, measuring cup, and bowl with warm water, rinse and let dry.
- Place the shredding blade into the bowl, put the plastic cap on the blade.
- Never submerge the motor and gear units in water or any other liquids, wash them under a jet of water or place them in a dishwasher.
- Clean the appliance before putting it away for prolonged storage.
- Do not wind the power cord around the motor unit.
- Store the blender set in a cool dry place, out of reach of children.

The guarantee shall be valid if the following documentation conditions are observed:
- The original Warranty Card shall be filled out correctly and clearly, indicating the appliance model, serial number, and sale date, the stamp of the seller company and signature of its representative shall be available, as well as the stamps on each coupon and the buyer’s signature in the Warranty Card.
The Manufacturer reserves the right to reject guarantee maintenance if the buyer fails to provide the abovementioned documents or if the information contained therein is incomplete, illegible, or ambiguous.
- The original Warranty Card shall be filled out correctly and clearly, indicating the appliance model, serial number, and sale date, the stamp of the seller company and signature of its representative shall be available, as well as the stamps on each coupon and the buyer’s signature in the Warranty Card.

The guarantee shall be valid if the following operation conditions are observed:
- the appliance is used in strict accordance with the present manual;
- the safety rules and requirements are observed.

The guarantee does not apply to regular maintenance, cleaning, installation, and setup of the appliance at the owner’s location.

The guarantee does not apply in the following cases:
- mechanical damage;
- normal wear of the appliance;
- non-observance of operation requirements or erroneous actions on the part of the user;
- improper installation or transportation;
- natural disasters (lightning, fire, flood, etc.), as well as any other causes beyond the Manufacturer’s or Seller’s control; ingress of foreign objects, liquids, or insects into the inside of the appliance;
- repairs or modifications to the appliance by unauthorized persons;

- failure of the following accessories, if replacement of these is allowed by design and does not involve disassembly of the appliance:

- b) consumables and accessories (packaging, covers, slings, carry bags, mesh screens, blades, flasks, plates, supports, grilles, spits, hoses, tubes, brushes, nozzles, dust collectors, filters, smell absorbers); for battery-powered appliances – operation with inappropriate or depleted batteries;
- for rechargeable battery-powered appliances – any damage caused by improper battery charging and recharging.

The Manufacturer shall not be made liable for possible damage, directly or indirectly inflicted by CENTEK brand products on people, domestic animals, the consumer’s or third persons’ property if such damage is inflicted as the result of non-observance of appliance installation and operation requirements, deliberate or negligent actions (omission) by the consumer or third persons, as well as of force majeure circumstances.
