EveLab Insight MS2201 Eve Key
Product Introduction
Eve Key is EveLab Insight’s self-developed skin analysis system. With a built- in triple-spectrum detection system and magnification camera, Eve Key can be used with all major products under EveLab Insight.

Device Status
- Charge (connect with the charging cable)
- Charging: The power indicator light is red and constant.
- Fully charged: The power indicator light is white and constant.
- Use (disconnect from the charging cable)
- Power on: The power indicator light is white and constant.
- Device not connected to the network: The connection indicator light flashes white rapidly.
- Device connected to the network: The connection indicator light flashes white slowly.
- Device connected to the APP: The connection indicator light stays solid white.
- The battery is less than 15%: The red power indicator light flashes.
- Power off: All indicator lights are off
Manual
Charging and booting
- Charging: Before using, charge the device with the original charging cable.
- The red indicator light will be on when charging and the white indicator light will be on when it is fully charged.
- After charging, disconnect the cable and press the power button to power the device (The white connection light will flash).
- Important: Do not power on the device when the charging cable is still connected.
Connection and use
- Download: Search and download the Eve app you purchased in the App Store.
- Connect: Log in to the app and follow the guide to connect to the device.
- The white connecting indicator light will be on if the connection succeeds.
- Skin detection: Remove the hood wipe the contact interface of the skin scanner with a soft cloth or tissue, and then follow the guide to complete skin detection.
- After detection, wipe the interface again and put on the hood.
- During detection, remember to keep your eyes closed to prevent eyesight damage.
- Power off: Press and hold the power button for 3 seconds. The device is successfully powered off when all lights go out.
Others
- Energy-saving mode: After 5 minutes without activity, the analyzer will enter energy-saving mode.
- Low battery reminder: The red power indicator light will flash when the battery is less than 15%. Remember to charge the device when this happens.
- Reset function: If the app prompts you to switch connection modes or set up a new network, press and hold the power button for 7 seconds to perform a reset.
- The power indicator light will go off and turn back on, and the connection indicator light will start flashing rapidly. Follow the instructions on the app to reconnect.
Maintenance Instructions
- Charging: Do not use it while the device is charging. Charge the device regularly to keep it operational. Charge for around 1 hour 45 minutes when the battery is low.
- Storage: Wipe the body of the device with a dry soft cloth or tissue, then close the hood and store it in a dry and cool place away from sunlight.
- Contact our after-sales manager if you have any problems.
Safety Precautions
- Please refrain from testing the eyes to avoid any harm to vision. When detecting the skin around the eyes, please keep your eyes closed.
- We recommend only using the original charging cable and 5V adapter (replacements are available for purchase by contacting our sales manager), otherwise, power-related problems or damage to the device may occur;
- Do not use it while the device is charging. When charging your device, the charger must be securely and properly plugged in.
- Disconnect from the power supply before storing the device. If the device is always connected to the power supply for continuous charging, the battery’s capacity may be affected over time;
- If the product will not be used for long periods it is recommended to store it in a dry and cool place away from sunlight and avoid jarring contact with hard objects so as not to damage the product.
- Do not store the product and product accessories in a humid environment for long periods.
- The performance of the product will be adversely affected should any of the above precautions not be followed.
- The power cable may break due to extended or incorrect use of the charger.
- The power cable should not be used under any of the following circumstances: The power cable is damaged and cannot be restored to its original form, or there is any breakage, deformation or fracture on the power cable or power connector.
- Please keep this device away from open flames and heat sources;
- Keep the device from moisture and do not rinse with water;
- Please store the device out of reach of children;
- Do not disassemble, repair or rebuild the device without authorization;
- Do not place the device near or inside heating equipment, cooking equipment, high-pressure containers, etc. (such as microwave ovens, induction cookers, electric ovens, electric heaters, water heaters, pressure cookers, gas stoves, etc.) otherwise, the battery could overheat and/or explode；
- The lithium battery inside the device cannot be repaired after aging. When the device is no longer functional, it must be discarded at a local battery recycling station to avoid pollution; do not casually discard it.
Warranty/Repair
Starting from the date of product delivery (based on the actual receipt date),
non-human-induced damages are eligible for one-year warranty service with the
warranty certificate (invoice or contract) as proof. For specific warranty
arrangements, please communicate and confirm with the after-sales customer
service.
The following conditions are not covered in the scope of warranty:
- Unable to provide our company’s invoice or contract;
- Warranty period exceeded;
- Damage caused by unauthorized dismantling or repair;
- Burning of the circuit board due to human fault, such as immersion in liquid or dropping;
- Damage caused by improper installation, use, maintenance or storage;
- Warranty certificate not in conformity with product model or warranty certificate being altered;
- Damage caused by force majeure.
