The Door Suction Base is designed to securely hold doors in place, preventing them from slamming shut. It consists of a base and a suction head that work together to provide a reliable door stopper solution.

Product Usage Instructions

Installation Steps:

  1. Determine the installation position for the Door Suction Base.
  2. Clean the installation position with a wet cloth and ensure it is dry.
  3. Peel off the double-sided tape on the bottom surface of the door suction base.
  4. Place the door suction on the floor with the suction head tightly attached to the bottom surface.
  5. Stick the 3M tape template on the floor along the edge of the door suction base.
  6. Press firmly on the product for 30 seconds. Let the tape remain static for at least 12 hours.
  7. Swing the door towards the closing direction and remove the door suction head horizontally along the floor.
  8. If readjustment is needed, use a tool to pull out the lock tongue if it is receded.
  9. Check to ensure that the roller and lock tongue are well aligned.

Abnormal Handling:

If the lock tongue is receded, peel off the tape and align the door suction head base with the 3M template position. Attach the door suction head to the floor and remove the 3M template tape after finishing.

If necessary, adjust the floor suction head by loosening the fixing screw for a 4mm adjustment.

Installation Steps

  1. First, determine the installation position.
    Clean the installation position with a wet cloth then make it dry. Peel off the double-sided tape on the bottom surface of the door suction base.

  2. Place the door suction on the floor as shown.
    Note : The door suction head should be tightly attached to the bottom surface

  3. Stick the 3M tape template on the floor along the edge of the door suction base.
    Note : After the product is pasted, press it firmly with your hand for 30 seconds. Allow the double-sided tape to remain static for more than 12 hours to achieve the best strength.
    The fixed position of the tape should be kept dry.

  4. Swing the door towards the closing direction and take off the door suction head horizontally along the floor

  5. Peel off the tape, align the door suction head base with the position of the 3M template and attach the door suction head to the floor. Peel off the 3M template tape after the finish.

  6. If the lock tongue is receded as shown, use the tool to pull it out.

  7. Check to ensure the roller and lock tongue is well aligned. Usually, the roller (position 1) of should be 1mm lower than the lock tongue (position 2).

  8. If readjustment is needed, loosen the xing screw, the floor suction head can be adjusted by 4mm
