Charging Instructions
- Thank you for purchasing our fitness smartwatch, please read the instructions carefully before you use it for the first time.
- Firstly, long press the upper button for 5 seconds to switch on the watch, if the power is low or depleted, please charge it first.
- After connecting the charging cable, plug the USB port (such as a computer host, mobile power, or standard power adapter) for charging, the required input voltage is 5V1A or 5V2A.
APP Download
APP Download and Wireless Pairing
- Install APP
- Before using this device, please download and install the APP, scan the QR code on the right side of your mobile phone, and select the corresponding software to install according to the system of your mobile phone.
- You can also search for “FitCloudPro” in the Apple App Store and install it, and Android users can download it from other shops, such as searching for “FitCloudPro” in the Android Market to download and install it.
- ( Compatible System: for iPhone 12.0, Android9.0 and above)
- FitCloudPro (Scan the code on the watch interface to download.)
- APP Wireless Pairing
- New users who use the device for the first time,/need to download and install the APP, launch the APP and register as required; after registration is completed, enter the account number and password to log in.
- Turn on the Wireless on your mobile phone, then connect the watch to the APP to complete the pairing.
- Step 2: Audio Wireless Pairing
- Complete the audio Wireless pairing, the steps are shown in the figure below.
- In the watch control centre, tap the call icon to enter.
- You can set call audio/media audio.
Change Dial
- Turn on the smartwatch, and long press the dial over 1s to switch the dial.
- Connect the smartwatch to your phone, and download more dials from the dial library within the FitCloudPro app.

Operating Method
Upper Button:
- Long Press – Turn on/off the smartwatch.
- Short Press – Light up the screen/Enter the secondary menu.
- Long Press the Screen: Long press the home screen over 1s to switch the dial.
- Swipe to Left: Move to the next interface.
- Swipe to Right: Shortcut menu/back to the previous interface.
- Slide Up: Slide up the home screen to view the message.
- Slide Down: Slide down the home screen to enter the settings menu.
